Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Great food and drinks. A/C and ceiling fan kept the room cool in the heat of summer. No mosquitoes. Best value on the veach.

It was very charming. We had a room with a fabulous balcony overlooking the beach. We watched the sun set over water and the stars come out. It was very romantic. The food is great here and the dining area spills outside. The pool was also very nice. It was refreshing and very clean. We will definitely come back!

There were some ants in the sand. That’s about it, so I have to get picky to find something wrong!

What a hidden little gem! Small, beautiful, peaceful, affordable and right on the beach. I fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing in the the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room and bathroom were very clean and grounds well-kept. The host l, Julie, was friendly and helpful, and the staff attentive. The food and drinks were good too, especially the mojitos, and the general atmosphere and decor of the hotel gives you a true Mexican feeling. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees, that gives the impression of a "mini cenote". I loved my stay here and will defnitely recommend it for solo and couples.

the place needs a little TLC, some paint here and there. Doors have loose hardware. I paid the highest rate, double what others were paying,but that was due to my late booking.

The location on the Pacific was incredible. It was well designed and has a good cook.

We paid every day cash for our one or two meals and then checking out staff said we missed two meals. so they need to come up with a better system for cash like other properties on signing off on paid bills or provide a receipt. The manager believed us but it was a bit annoying. There were no TV’s but I didn’t mind as the views were spectacular and they had an amazing library!

The ambiance of the Inn is very welcoming and serene - just what we were looking for after a few days in Cabo. The staff really made you feel like you were home. Food and drinks were fantastic and the beach location was awesome! The location is remote but there was never any reason to leave :)

The beach was right outside our door. the bed was the most comfortable of our entire vacation. And the people working there were friendly and helpful.

on the positive side - the location is great, right by the beach. We really wanted to love this place and support a boutique hotel but unfortunately there were too many issues...

I'm saddened to write a negative review but I feel I would appreciate knowing these details when I was boooking at this hotel: 1. we had a confirmation from the hotel received via Booking.com for an extra cot for my daughter. When we arrived, the hotel owner didn't provide a cot and said they only have one and it was given to another guest. He went on to blame Booking.com for providing misleading information about the hotel to us. His words were " oh that booking site is hard to manage, and they mislead our customers, its not the hotels fault". 2. The pool was not working during the weekdays and was only turned on on Saturday. 3. The hotel never changed towels. We asked for towels when we arrived and had to reuse them through the whole stay. 4. I had to ask for chairs for the balcony. Otherwise there was just a table there. 5. Wifi doesn't work in room 3. (It's possible it works in other rooms). 6. Bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival, I cleaned it myself. 7. I believe the hotel can be a really great place if the above issues are dealt with. Local staff was accommodating and on the second day I asked about the cot again and they were surprised the owner said they didnt have any. They brought one up. Hence, I believe the issue is with the owner (he told us he is the son of the owner's that live in California) who had very little interest to assist with the above issues. 8. Lastly, we forgot an iphone charger in the room (in the outlet behind the bed) and when we enquired the next day, the staff could not find it. A minor thing I wouldn't even mention, but due to all the above, it just added to our frustrations. I really do hope the owner's make the above service improvements as the location is really lovely.

Gorgeous location to relax and enjoy the beach and watch whales

Hosts are on property and always helpful. The food is really, really good. Staff are the best and speak English! Right on the beach so whale watching is terrific. My favorite hotel in the area!

Location was fantastic. It was nice to have food and drink options on site. Food prices were high but portions were big which made it a little better. The staff and owner were definitely very accomodating.

Rooms could be updated and cleaned better.

Staff was great, food was great I just felt it was pricey. At $200 a night.
