Este condominio está diseñado para una experiencia de playa elegante y relajante. Una vez que tire en el estacionamiento cubierto, en realidad no hay necesidad de conducir por el resto de su estancia. My family stayed Labor Day weekend and loved it. The condo and neighborhood were perfect. Short walk to beach and shops and food. Perfect weekend. The condo was beautiful and clean.

This was a great property! We were able to communicate with the owner starting 3 days ahead of the trip. There was excellent communication about how and when to check in. This condo was a block from the beach and one street away from the main shopping and restaurants. Super clean and there were games and books that we could use. There were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Overall amazing stay, will definitely go back!

John made sure to accommodate us for parking. We were able to walk to whatever we needed and wanted including food, shops and the beach. It’s a perfect location.

Our family loved this place. It offered plenty of room for my family of 5 and was well maintained. It’s also in close walking distance to the beach, the pier, beach shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for your next beach vacation.

First time to Tybee for a family reunion vacation. Lovely town. Great for walking to many great restaurants and shops. Was there for July 4th fireworks at the pier. All very nice.
Host was helpful and available when needed. Highly recommended this comfortable condo.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and adorable. It was a short walk to the pier and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a great time! My only negative experience was the hot water for showers ran out very quickly. You will want to take super fast showers and space them apart. So allow time for that. Otherwise this is a great place to stay! Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The furnishings were very nice along with the decor. Really felt at home here. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Enough dishes, pans etc to make a few meals. It was a short easy walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Interior very nice. Exterior not so much. Patio view is of trash cans, dirty alley, drunks. Can’t see the ocean from here. Parking was a confusing continuous challenge. Unique key pad, but we finally figured it out. Would not return to location with my grands; but adults ok. Lot of teens running around til 3am, some intoxicated and some smoking marijuana. Frankly we could not figure out timers on oven, washer & dryer. I thought there was a pool, but we could not locate; did not bother owner about that because it was unseasonably cold this week. Tybee is always wonderful. Sunrise restaurant directly across street, very convenient. And also two Savannah Banana games!

This property was exactly how the listing stated and the walk to the ocean was absolutely perfect. House was clean and comfortable. Property manager was accessible if anything was needed and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This location is close to several restaurants, shops, and the beach. While the view from the balcony isn't that great, and you can hear singing from the bars, it was overall a wonderful place to stay. The master bed was very comfortable and clean. We did need to clean a ceiling fan in one of the rooms (as my daughter is allergic to dust), but we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have been going to Tybee the last three summers, and this was by FAR our best stay yet! The condo was very clean and cozy and it couldn’t be in a better spot. We are huge fans of the restaurants (and the cocktails) and everything was within walking distance. I will be coming back to this spot next summer for sure!

Very nice place to stay, close to beach, walking distance to lots of places to eat and drink. We had a problem with the tv, we called Jody and he came right away to replace it. If i ever go again would definitely stay there.

To be honest, the pictures do not do the condo justice. It looked really nice online, but in person it’s absolutely amazing. The location can’t be beat! We stayed with my parents who are very difficult to please, and tend to find something wrong with everything, but they said this was the best place ever. 😊 We definitely hope to return in the near future! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!❤️

We had an amazing stay in Jody's condo. The condo was very clean and spacious. My husband & I went with my mother, my sister, & my sister's teenage son. We could have easily had 2 more with us.
The condo is in a perfect location on Tybee Island with lots of great restaurants, bars, & shopping within an easy walk. The best part of the location is definitely the proximity to the beach & the Tybee Island pier. Even though it was a very busy time, while inside the condo, we never heard anything outside. We didn't hear anyone beside or above us either. It's also wonderful to have 2 parking spots. The spots are large & covered.
We also can't forget that we were only a short drive to the most beautiful & interesting city in the South - Savannah is only a 20 min drive. Between Savannah & Tybee, it's impossible to get bored.
We had one hiccup our first night, but Jody was there to fix it THAT very night! He was incredibly responsive every time we spoke with him. Next time we go to Tybee, I will definitely check for availability at Jody's condo first.

The condo was perfect! This was my 3rd stay in that condo for the run fest. The exterior of the complex needs some TLC and the downtown area of Tybee seems to have become neglected and in need of attention. Maybe bc of Covid? I haven’t been to Tybee since 2017. It’s sad bc that is such a neat area!
