Very friendly staff and a home like feeling. They have a very cute dog. The room is very spacious and has a comfortable bed.

The bathroom. The shower had warm water and not hot and sometimes the water becomes ice cold… also the sink has only cold water in it.

Staff were great and very accommodating when we had to cut short our stay due to bus availability. Well-organised and spacious kitchen. Lovely terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. Good location close to the main bus terminals. Comfortable bed with plenty of duvets and blankets to keep you warm, plus a heater on the wall next to the bed. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly.

Thin walls so you can hear whatever's going on around you. Curtains were a little see-through and our room faced a street and had a common balcony wrapped around it. Room could do with a cupboard to put your stuff in. Information on what to do in the area would have been nice. Squeaky door hinges that make a lot of noise when opened or closed so it's easy to be woken or wake others during the night if you need the toilet, for example.

Lovely owners who bent over backwards to help us. Nice common area and good kitchen facilities. Some beautiful woodwork including the stairs! Great location on the edge of the centre of town. Short walk from bus terminal. Very good value for money.

Walls are very thin. Take ear plugs! Could do with some more storage in room (wardrobe or shelves etc).

Rianne and Will are extremely friendly and creating an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. They gave me so much helpful information of all the things I could do in Pucón and even arranged that I last minute could join the vulcano expedition. They also have great kitchen facilities and the hostel is really clean. Great place to stay!

Rooms are bit noisy. You can hear people talking from the next/common room. Its fine if you don't have to get up super early.

Very nice staff. Nice to talk to them and there is also a rooftop on which you can have breakfast or watch the sunset. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom get consistently cleaned.

The hostel is in an amazing location, super neat to the center. It feels veery comfortable and the owners are incredibly nice and make it feel like a little home. I had an amazing time there!

Staff were absolutely lovely and so so helpful. my boyfriend and I speak little Spanish and staff would always help us with anything we needed. Location very close to central town as well as supermarkets. We were able to leave our bags in storage while we waited for our bus after checking out which was helpful.

Sometimes there was loud noise outside from the street as the windows were always open but wasn’t too disruptive.

it’s located in the center of Pucon, which is great. The staff was excellent; they made me feel very comfortable.

I was very disappointed and shocked with the dirtiness of the bathroom. I understand that it is a shared bathroom and it is used by many people staying at this hostel but that is exactly why it should be cleaned better!! It was disgusting even to step in there. And no towels were provided.
