The cleaning ladies were friendly. The view was nice. The room was big.

The main problem is that it was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS !!!! The room was dirty, the equipment was extremely old (there was a non usable kitchen). There was stains everywhere on the walls, ceiling etc. My girl friend had bug bites... We were asked if we wanted double bed or twin bed it seems the only option was twin bed. Very bad experience overall We paid the price of 5* hotel but got a 1* instead.

Hotel enorm abgewohnt, Klimaanlage extrem laut, deshalb nicht genutzt. Frühstück spärlich und einfallslos - nicht zu empfehlen

This was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in, i can’t believe the amount i was charged which by the way was the most expensive after 3 weeks travelling china and staying in 6 other hotels. The first room which i wish it would let me load more pictures, was horrendous and it took over 24 hours and a lot of complaining to change rooms which we did get but it wasn’t much better, still covered in mould and all other things. The breakfast again awful, hardly a selection even the cereal section was the crumbs you find at the end of the box

The day shift staff Mr. Chow was very nice and helpful. He changed the room for me and provided options for me.

The room was on a renovated floor: the sink in the bathroom was cracked; a nail was popping up in the front of the door; and a funny smell over the room.

酒店設施較舊，實在太潮濕。預訂海景房，第一天入住直頭望唔到海，因為窗同埋窗台 全！是！水！最尾酒店staff有來用大毛巾吸水。但之後幾天房間都係好潮。

Dirty rooms -house keeping only makes beds and deliver new towels. The rooms are dusty , blinds are filthy. We stayed a week and they never changed our coffee cups or wiped the sink area. I had to ask specifically for them to vacuum the room after pushing our beds together- noticing a very dirty floor that was covered with dried up crackers.

I was relieved when got there as wasn't as bad as some reviews say. I didn't feel it was too dirty, mainly old. Geographically a good location. Staff were helpful. Price was good, hk is expensive, but it's cheap for a reason. View from top floor was ace. Good internet. Had aircon unit as well as fan.

Street smells, not hotels fault but its bad, prob worst smell in HK, so if youre not used to it ensure you stay on top floor. Avoid breakfast at all costs. What's there was gross and cold, even bread had hard slices where going stale. No options that were desirable, but mc donalds is only a 5 min walk. Definitely needs a refurb, seems like they are doing bits, but also needs a deep clean, shows its age. Hard bed, no extra pillows

Sporcizia ovunque, pannelli del soffitto scollati, ingialliti e con muffa, idem piastrelle del bagno, capelli NON NOSTRI rimasti nel bagno per più di 10 giorni, lenzuola ed asciugamani macchiati ingialliti e logori, moquette completamente macchiata in maniera molto evidente,coperture in linoleum completamente scollate e gonfiate dall’umore, condizionatore vecchio ed incredibilmente rumoroso. Uno dei due letti presenti in stanza non è mai nemmeno stato rifatto, ma lasciato sfatto tutti i giorni. Non veniva mai nemmeno buttata la pattumiera.

The location was convenient, very accessible to nearby local restaurants and food stands，the facility is old but maintained well and still functioning well. Get what you paid, it’s worth this money

They did not clean the room. Coffee cups were not washed every day. When asked for new cups they sent paper cups. The rooms were dirty with the damp smell of the carpet. Breakfast options were terrible with the same option every day. Right outside the hotel is the meat and fish market so the entire area was stinking.

Room and washroom is extremely dirty. Previous customer left some of their belongings in the room and the cleaner didn’t even clean it up. The AC in the hallway and elevator seems to be broken. Extremely hot and stuffy.

front desk staff attitude. My recent stay at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand View was an absolute nightmare. I had booked a 2-night stay from July 15th to July 17th, and from the moment I walked into the hotel, it was clear that this was going to be a disappointing experience. Let's start with the front desk staff. The level of incompetence displayed by the staff was truly astonishing. We had requested an early check-in due to our travel schedule, but instead of accommodating our request, the staff member at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful. She informed us that check-in time was strictly 2 p.m. and dismissively asked us to wait until then. It felt as if we were burdening them with our mere presence. At exactly 2 p.m., we were finally given the green light to proceed to our room. However, any hope for a pleasant stay was quickly dashed as soon as we entered the room. To say that the room was unclean would be an understatement. The bed cover was torn in multiple places, and the pillowcases were visibly dirty. It was shocking to see such a lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance, especially in a property that carries the Ramada name. I can honestly say that I have never been so disappointed with a hotel stay in my life. The Ramada Hong Kong Grand View failed on every front—customer service, cleanliness, and overall quality. It's incredibly disheartening to see a renowned hotel chain allow one of its properties to deteriorate to such a dismal state. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand View to think twice and explore other options. This particular hotel has proven itself to be a complete letdown, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. My experience was so overwhelmingly negative that it has left a lasting impression, and not in a good way. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration—steer clear of this establishment at all costs.

Staff did not co-operate at time of check in even though we had booking for five nights. We reached by 11am and requested for a powder room to freshen but the reception manager was non co-operative saying that room will be available only by 2pm. We requested them to give room on higher floor with Harbor View to compensate but it was not granted and room was given only on 13th Floor with back view. Vegetarian Breakfast was not available at the Hotel. Swimming Pool is also under renovation.
