The location is great, right above the pacific mall. The subway station is right there. lots of restaurants around. The hotel room is clean, and view is awesome. There was a little story happened at that time. My son played my husband's phone on the checkout day, and forgot to bring with him. We didn't realize untill we got to airport. We called the hotel, they sent staffs to check the room and found the phone. They kept the phone in the safe for us till when went back to HONGKONG for ten days.

Upon checking in, the front desk staff courteously inquired about my interest in the breakfast service, offering a special discounted rate of 20%. Despite my initial uncertainty due to my primary purpose being to visit my daughter, I decided to book breakfast for three people for two days, considering the option to cancel if needed. The following day, when my daughter didn't wake up early, I contacted the front desk to cancel breakfast for that day. To my surprise, they informed me that it was not possible. The first reason provided was the requirement of a 24-hour notice for breakfast cancellations. However, given that my reservation time had not surpassed 24 hours, it seemed unreasonable to be unable to cancel within that timeframe. The second reason given was the exceptionally affordable nature of the discounted rate, making cancellations impermissible. I explained that the breakfast was a buffet and not specifically prepared for me, and despite my reservation, I did not partake. Additionally, there were still three hours until the breakfast service concluded. I couldn't comprehend the rationale behind the denial of cancellation. The staff mentioned the favorable current price, stating that canceling would result in the loss of this benefit. Despite my willingness to pay the full amount if I decided to have breakfast later, they only proceeded to cancel after my insistence. I called the front desk to request the delivery of three bottles of water. Although they assured me it would be taken care of, after waiting for 35 minutes, I called again to remind them of my request. The water was finally delivered approximately 10 minutes later. During check-in, I pre-paid with a credit card. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement on the fourth day after departure, I noticed that the pre-paid amount had not been refunded. Upon contacting the hotel, I was informed that the refund process would take two weeks of working days.

Made me feel like staying at home. Felt like staff are looking after us. I liked when I came back afternoon, beds were ready and curtains were closed. Was satisfied with extra mile service.

Great location - easy walk to Admiralty MTR station. Direct access to Pacific Place shopping mall. Good facilities - gym, sauna, pool, massage, etc. Fresh fruit bowl in the room. Comfortable bed.

I would have liked a choice of different types of pillows - all the four pillows on my bed were much too soft and using two together made them to high. Some hotels offer guests the choice of low, medium, high loft pillows and also with different types of fillings.

The accessibility room was not good for wheelchair users: 1.very difficult into the room. 2.the door of shower room no place for hang towels. 3.Any restaurants inside hotel no any seats for hotel’s guests! Push me( handicapped)go outside for lunches and dinners

The room was confortable, clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi worked really well. The location was excellent, with direct access to shopping mall and train station. Very easy to walk around even with the baby stroller. Breakfast was good, not that many options (not needed) and everything fresh and well prepared.
