Dear Management Team, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory, with the exception of a few areas that require improvement. Firstly, I must commend the breakfast buffet, as it was relatively satisfying. However, I found the selection of other meals to be quite limited. The offerings from the menu are unhealthy, inadequate and not enjoyable. The word HILTON in the hotel’s name raises some expectations. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the location of the hotel, as it did not provide a conducive environment for leisurely walks or sightseeing. This aspect detracted not from my overall experience but should be worth mentioned. I took the UBER to reach out to more preferred and enjoyable locations. Lastly, I feel it is important to address the behavior of some staff, particularly as a solo female traveler. I believe a certain level of professionalism and discretion is expected, and unfortunately, I found the staff to be overly intrusive and in some cases even unfriendly. I would appreciate if the personnel could exhibit a more restrained and respectful approach towards guests. Too much curiosity kills the cat :) I hope you consider these points constructively and take them into account for future improvements. Despite the aforementioned concerns, I still appreciate the effort put forth by your team to ensure a comfortable stay. Clean, modern, comfortable, and in a very accessible location. Dinner was good as well.

A broken overhead cable right at the entrance to the property gave a negative first impression, even if it was not the hotel’s fault or ability to fix. My taxi driver drove very carefully past it, just in case it was live. This is a blip in an otherwise lovely stay.

Location was pretty central, breakfast was good (though it would be great if they offered cappuccinos, not just filter coffee), there was a gym. Room was comfortable.

I'd suggest using jugs of water (I know not many hotels do this though) as there was never enough, though you could request more bottles if you wanted. The pool wasn't ready to be used.

Room was clean. The check-in staff friendly. The food was good! It is located close to the mall where you can find anything you need.

Understanding that very specific needs cannot always be accommodated by a hotel, one such need (not completely necessary) was a request for non-alcoholic beers, which are available elsewhere but not at the hotel. I did find some, but was informed that I couldn't have them with some friends who had come to visit and work with me (these friends were eating and drinking from the hotel). It is a simple request, but one that was vehemently denied, and that did leave a bad taste in my mouth (forgive the pun) given that I do stay here whenever I am in Nairobi.

Plenty of Staff on hand to assist you. It was walking distance to the malls and a bar was right up the street.

plenty of people were watching as you walked so make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Their is no police presents from what I seen.

I liked the breakfast and staff service, even up to GM. The facility is very good and location as well. Over all A grade.

Giving only one key for 2 people staying in the room caused lots of issues, but was later rectified. The time to make a large order of pizzas (5) was like 45min and that needs to change.
