Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer bereit ist zu unterstützen, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, die gute Lage fast direkt am Bahnhof und unweit vom Stadtzentrum, Code/Karte für die Türen
Ein Wasserhahn im Zimmer wäre natürlich ideal, um das gemeinsame Badezimmer nicht ständig nutzen zu müssen. Vielleicht könnte man ein System entwickeln, um sich zwecks Nutzungszeiten des Badezimmers abzustimmen

San Sebastián is a great city. The host is very helpful and friendly, my late check-in was smooth. The room was very clean and comfortable, not far from the beach.

Con una ubicación excelente a escasos 200 metros de la playa de zurriola y del kursal.
La limpieza es perfecta, tanto la habitación como el.baño compartido.
Al ser pocas habitaciones es como tener baño privado, salir una puerta y ya está.nada de pasillos largos ni nada de eso.
Antonio es muy amable y te explica todo perfectamente.
Cama amplia y colchón de los de verdad.perfecto
Por un tema mío me gustan las almohadas duras y estás o lo eran. Por decir algo....

bon emplacement. le quartier de gros est super , très bon accueil . les chambres sont spacieuses. petite cuisine à disposition. nous y reviendrons avec joie mais pas dans la chambre concha.
seul bémol la salle de bain et les toilettes sont dans le couloir. chambre concha.

Located close to the area we wanted to explore. A lot of truck noise at night, perhaps not a regular occurrence. Limited facilities and a shared bathroom which caused no issues. The hairdryer didn't work.
Noisy at night with the window open. The room is very small so felt uncomfortable with the window closed.

We were in San Sebastián for a night. We thought this property was really great value for money. We actually loved its location, the beach was close and the old town was only a short walk away. Ator, the lovely man on the desk was very friendly and helpful during our stay with great recommendations and a warm demeanour.

Nice staff. Clean lovely room. Facilities are all good. We have to share the bathroom with another room but it’s okay because it is stated at the beginning. Overall very pleasant stay.
If you have problem sharing bathroom with other people, you may not like it. Considering the price of this room, we are happy to bear with this little inconvenience.

Antonio on reception was great,answered all our questions, gave great reccomendations and had a really nice friendly manner.Great location short walk to restaurants bars etc but nice and quiet.Local area had a lovely local feel about it and it was easy to walk to all major attractions.
Bed was a little hard for my liking but maybe thats just me comparing it to home. Everything else was fine.

I rated Pension Del Mar 5 stars considering they are a one star hotel. Decent sized rooms for the price, very clean, modern and extremely friendly staff. They have double windows but there is still traffic noise. Most rooms use a common bathroom but that is common in Europe and the bathrooms are very clean. Great stay.

Directions, arrival and reception was very good. The location of the pension was ideal for exploring the city. Also a good range of restaurants within easy reach. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern.
Hadn't realised the bathroom was shared but no real problem. A little noisy from the street. Car parking, although discounted was still expensive but that is usual for many Spanish cities.

Great location - easy walk to train and bus station and to the old town - but in a quiet street. Antonio was lovely and easy to deal with. Bonus - little kitchenette that all rooms had access to.
