موقعه قريب ولكن الوصول اليه غير سهل مداخله ومخارجه تحتاج إلى تحسين بعض الشيء

فندق غير مريح تماما ، أصوات موسيقى مزعجة تنبعث من محلات بجانب الفندق وتستمر حتى الخامسه صباحاً وكأن الموسيقى داخل الجناح عندي فلم أستطيع النوم نهائياً ، ورائحة طبخ الطعام الظاهر أن الفندق عندهم مشكلة في مسارات التهوية حيث ان رائحة المطبخ تنبعث داخل الجناح وكأنني داخل المطبخ أشاركهم الطبخ على مدار الساعة

The traffic noise and I request to change the room ans they downgrade it without returning the cost of the rooms difference despite the fact I told them

Location

First, when you have a food order from outside delivery, they reject to support you to take it up. Second, the cleaning was very poor. A lot of dust. Third, the gym was not opened 24 hours. Fourth, the pillows were not comfortable at all. Fifth, the maintenance in the room bathroom was old and required fixing.

hotel has a variety of restaurants & shisha lounge,, clean and in the middle of The town ,,staff are helpful and kind ,, Shakira ,, Daneiel,, the best salon is there also

Location, no access to lounge even as Diamond member. No much value at this property.

This is truly a palace, everything about this hotel is exceptional and the staff are just amazing and so accommodating to any request or need, including a very early check in which was just not an issue at all, speedy laundry/dry clean services. The building is so grand and the shuttle service to the beach was a nice touch. Perfectly located near Dubai Mall (for great shopping and dining options) and the famous Burj Khalifa and fountains (a must see during the day and night whilst in Dubai). The dining options within this hotel are wonderful and the breakfast buffet menu truly exceptional, shout out to the chef who prepared my poached eggs perfectly, just as requested (very runny) every morning. Rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, spacious wardrobe, coffee machine, selection of teas, and snacks and the bathroom with the deep soak bathtub and separate all marble shower, just luxurious.

The staff is extremely friendly

I liked everything about the hotel, the suite, the facilities, the tranquility, the cleanliness, the food, and most of all the reception staff, they were very helpful and cheerful. The room was upgraded to a suite.The suite is large and very beautiful. I highly recommend the hotel. I thank everyone in the hotel for the good hospitality and reception. I will have a visit soon

Its too noisy at night + reception is not being attended all the time! I had to call 10 times to get an answer from the reception
