1 main issue, getting in and out of the property is a nightmare. the road outside was a complete mess at all hours.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is absolutely world class. The staff, however, is the big bonus. They are so professional, friendly, discreet yet attentive. The facilities are absolutely 5 star. I cannot emphasize enough that the overall hotel experience is enhanced by the wonderful staff.

The room is amazing, bed, bathroom, and views are great. The breakfast was also great with very attentive staff.

The swimming pool is small and there are no other amenities for leisure. The room was not ready and we had to wait for 2h to get it done.

Pool and bar are not my favorite thing at WA DIFC. Both need more style and class especially at night

clean, spacious rooms, room service and amenities were excellent

we had an issue with one of the members of staff at check in but management sorted it and made sure we were happy. you have to take 2 elevators to get up to the rooms which was slightly inconvenient

The Hotel was amazing! Facilities were great! Breakfast was delicious & I enjoyed the spa and the gym at the hotel, and thanks to the kind receptionist on the desk for his warm welcome, definitely coming back

Exceptional service. Beautiful decor. Lovely staff. Everything was high quality. It's like being transported to a period and indulging in that experience. All the facilities we could ever need. I wish I found time for the spa. The attention to care and detail is unmatched. Our favorite stay and hotel experience to date. Thank you Nandar (I hope I've spelt your name correctly, you introduced us to the Waldorf Astoria and what an introduction. You also looked after us wonderfully), Aliae (for all the great suggestions and guidance and making our stay extra special), Ahmed and Eric (for the great concierge service). So many more members all contributed to the wonderful experience and hospitality.
