I came to follow the tour de France and to do some mountain biking and hiking. The location was awesome. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything looks brand new. I have already planned another trip in the winter to stay here and do some skiing

Accessing the hotel with suitcases or skis and ski boots is less than ideal with stairs: a ramp or direct access to the ski room would be perfect!!

The breakfast was outstanding as were the staff. We loved the spa area and sitting by the fire with coffee and cake or cocktails.
As we were skiing, some hooks to hang coasts, gloves, helmets etc in the room would have been handy.

Hotel Chez Jan is fantastic. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and they have thought of everything to make it a perfect stay. The dining/relaxing area is so cosy with the fire, the food is delicious (and the included breakfast is the best start to the day), and the whole place has such a homely feel. Everything has been fitted out to a very high standard, including the spa. There's a heated ski storage room, and the Foilleuse ski lift is a 1 minute walk away. I enjoyed my stay so much and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Great hotel! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice and clean room with balcony. Delicious breakfast included. Sauna and Hammam fairly new and working properly. You will not regret staying there!
