There's no need to change sheets and towels if one only stays for two nights. The hotel has notes up about SA being the 30th driest country and the need to save water, but doesn't act accordingly.

The warmth you get the minute you arrive.The bed was super comfortable and lovely staff they have

The breakfast was good. Nothing to complain about. The menu was good except that the coffee was too much.
The location as expected was good.
No mats on the floor and no Irons provided the fact that we had to Iron the clothes that we bought.

The location served my needs. It's central to transport and to the mall.The staff is the major attraction for me. They are friendly and accommodating. They try to make your stay comfortable.
The first night was horrible. The loud noise kept me awake. I was ready to forfeit my money and go elsewhere.

The room, it wasn't accommodative... It wasn't matching the outside standard it's beautiful and warm in the corridor and outside but the interior of the room it's very old and cold
