Views Location on beach

What an amazing location! We had a room at the front and the view was spectacular. My family walked in and all our mouths dropped - it was incredible! Clean, lovely crisp white sheets. Lovely to be right by the swimming pool - which was needed as it was so hot when we were there! I am not sure what the other rooms are like, but if you can get a sea view you won't regret it.

Not much to improve on to be honest. The breakfast got a wee bit boring after a week so perhaps changing it up a bit more, but generally excellent - thank you!

Excellent location and nice property in gorgeous Koh Tao. I had to change rooms as it was noisy, but the second room was fine and much better. Ask for a high up room, Portside if you stay there.

The girls at the front desk were a bit rude - which is a shock as you don’t expect that in Thailand, the land of smiles. One girl in particular was very rude and mocking & it was too much for her to respond in a polite way. She dragged my bags, with no care at all and she had a disdainful and disrespectful manner.

We had the ocean view room with the amazing terrace shown in the hotel pictures and it was just that - absolutely AMAZING!! Waking up to those views every day was an absolute luxury that we will cherish as our best memory of Koh Tao. The room was very spacious and bright, with great air con to keep it cool all day long. The terrace was great, especially in the early morning and late evening when the wind lets you enjoy the views without the suffocating heat. The room was serviced every single day, and very thoroughly cleaned. They provide kettle, hairdryer, soap and shampoo, cutlery, cups, wine glasses + slippers, flip flops and night robes, which is a very nice touch. We also got 2 bottles of water every day. We found cleaning standards were above average for Thai hotels, and the bathroom was very new, clean and well kept. The resort as such is fairly small but very beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is lovely, and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. They helped us get taxis and arrange tours, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel is super well situated at the end of Sairee beach, with direct access to the beach and really nice restaurants 2 mins away. You can just walk down to the main road where all the restaurants are, or walk up to the pier area with even more restaurants, which is only a 10min walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and can only dream of coming back again soon!!

Our room had a door communicating with the room next door. Although the door was obviously closed and locked, you can tell it was a very thin door that allowed all noise and smells to come from the other room. Unfortunately, this meant being woken up at 6am by neighbours singing under the shower, being kept awake until 2am by neighbours partying and getting back home very noisely, and smelling all their parfums and weed smoke from our bed (smell was so strong and ALL DAY LONG!). People in Koh Tao seem to just come for a few nights, party hard and then leave, so in 9 days we had like 4 different neighbours. We had to knock on their door several times to complain about their disrespectful behaviour, but without much success. This was really the only complaint we had and why we give a rating of 9. We understand guest's behaviour is a bit out of the staff's hand, but maybe a thicker door with soundproofing and proper sealing could help resolve these issues in the future.

Lovely room that was clean and clear. The views from the pool were amazing out over the horizon. The breakfast was great and the staff really helpful!

The location was fantastic but the hotel needs refurbishment!

The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleansed as I could smell stale urine Bathroom essentials insufficient for stay…..having to tell them each time eg toilet roll, shower gel. On the last day I had to use the shampoo to shower with…..highly unsatisfactory

I love staying here. location is perfect! amazing pools! great family room! delicious breakfast! great staff!

Some parts of the swimming pool are starting to fall apart

In the begining of most popular beach Sairee. Lot of beach bars and massage arround. Beautiful view arround. Very cool pool inside of hotel. It is heaven in hot season. Rooms are very spacious.

The towels for face and body must be change. Beach towels perfect.

They cleaned the room every day and the staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful.

Broken tiles or wood in the pool area doesn't get fixed. There is no night security. At one point there was a huge fight in front of my room in the middle of the night but no one around to stop it. Got me a bit scared. Ashtray on the balcony was not cleaned for several days.

Close to lots of things to do

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and there was some noise from the beach parties at night

There are three good things about this hotel: 1. Location - just a minute away from main walking street, all restaurants, entertainment and also only 10min walk from Pier and other part of city life. And yet not too close to have loud noise. 2. Extremelly helpful and great frint desk girls - they do amazing job to help you. 3.Family rooms are large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - great space.

There is number of things that are quite bad about this hotel, that makes its price too high vs standard: - rooms are not very clean. We asked for additional cleaning after check in as carpet was full of black hair and lots of dust. - breakfast is really poor. In comparison to other places in TH (often cheaper ones) breakfast is quite low standard. Most of the days we ate out. - floor around the swimming pools is made of material that makes it impossible to walk in the sun - it burns feet. You must wear flip slops at all time. - I dont recomment this hotel for families with kids below 7years because of pool - its quite high, narrow to walk and this hot flooor - very dangerous for kids to fall dawn on concrete floor. - showers takes ages to get warm water and then dripping very slow

when you book there’s a message sent to you about getting a free shuttle from the port to the airport, we responded immediately with the time we’d be at the port for collection and we got to the port the next day and no one was there to collect us. it was frustrating because they had our booking printed out in front of them so the receptionists were obviously aware that we replied. we had to walk 15 mins up and down hills with huge bags on. so I wouldn’t count on the shuttle. our room was also very dated, needs maintenance and updating to match the price. we got put in room 208 which had a bathroom which isn’t pictured in any photos and it wasn’t great. the drains stink whenever you shower and the windows are broken so you can’t air it out. very dated kettle too, would spill everywhere when pouring.

Great location, nextvto resturants (recommendef by TripAdvisor) and so many duving companies... *at night you DO hear the music from the near club (althouth all the seasure 'suffrs' that) *BIG NO is breakfast ! Need to wait for a pickup to the other location, very low level food from a given list, and need to wait for the pickup again back to the hotel - you can't walk there unless you wish to spend all morning ) - thats big NO !

It’s well positioned in between the pier and Sairee Beach, and arranged around two pools that lead down to ocean. No beach, but easy access into the ocean and great snorkelling. I saw three octopuses right in front of the hotel (night snorkel). There’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but so many nearby that it doesn’t matter. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and the room large. I had an upstairs room and the balcony is large and affords a great view.

You can hear the nearby music. I generally sleep with earplugs, so wasn’t an issue. Otherwise no issues at all.

The room was amazing! The pools were really fun. The location is great! The staff were the best! This was one of the best hotels we've ever been too and we are so glad we've been there!

Honestly? We had some bugs problems in our room. But in about 10 minutes we've received a new clean room and some amazing cleaning services from the hotel which made things really good!

This is a lovely modern, elegant, well-maintained hotel. The pool is incredible and the room was nice and comfortable. Location is as good as it gets - at the beginning of the Sairee beach which is where you can find many restaurants, pubs and diving shops. The balcony is fun, as it watches over the pool and there is even sea-view. Staff was helpful.

There were a lot of ants in the room, we couldn't leave anything on the floor. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were not consistent and there isn't a shower curtain. The door to our room was broken when we checked-in, and this was not fixed during our stay although we were promised it will be fixed. The breakfast room has an espresso machine, but it is not included in the breakfast so you have to pay extra for it. One of the lights in the toilets didn't work and the door didn't closed properly.

The location is the absolute BEST.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms on the right-hand side of the reception have a great view both to the swwiming pool and the sea. Friendly staff which tries to do their best.

Old and used towels and bed sheets which spoil an overall impression to a great extent. The breakfast is not worth your time, just skip it. We stayed one night in a ground-floor room on the left-hand side of the reception. Visibly lower quality of the room and its cleanliness compared to the right-hand side rooms.
