The location was very convenient to access Jesselton Pier where you could take a boat to the islands which was something I wanted to do, other than that it was on a busy street which a few shops and mall at a short walking distance.
The lobby is terrible. It has no sense of style of any sort and it is very uncomfortable as there are no sofas or chairs to sit, only a round bench. The whole space is kind of empty. I think more chairs and little tables would make this lobby much better.

The location is really perfect for divers who need to get up early to the Jesselton point. It’s literally the right opposite of the point, saving a lot of time.
The door of the shower room can’t close properly and the water would wet the floor.

The Hot Water Shower was awesome with its super pressure. I felt like my body had a good acupuncture effect. The room is super clean and feels like staying another 1 week. The bedsheet was super clean not even a stain. Awesome wholesome breakfast. Total in love with this hotel. Every nice.

The breakfast doesn’t taste good as I expect and don’t have many choice.
The cleanliness of the mattress cover was bad.
The staff was not so friendly.
The hand and face towel was not there in the room.
The aircond has a timer which can’t be reset.
The window was not clean so I can’t see the view clearly.
The room was not soundproof which I can hear the room next door.

No carpark lot for hotel guess need to park away from hotel .. possible due renovation but NO notice inform ... the bathroom and the toilet need to review.. not comfortable at All
