Host non presente al nostro arrivo nonostante avessimo comunicato l'orario di arrivo, per fortuna ci hanno aperto degli ospiti della struttura. Unico posto in tutto il Messico dove non abbiamo potuto pagare con la carta (e l'importo era abbastanza alto visto che siamo stati 4 notti). L'host ci ha detto solo alla fine che non accettava la carta. La stanza piccola, letto piccolo con coperte vissute e non proprio il massimo della pulizia. Siamo tornati a San Cristobal una notte e per lo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato una struttura decisamente migliore di questa.

Cozy house next to the Main Street and points of interest. The room was very cozy! Loved the shared areas, specially the garden as it is very chill and green. The staff was super nice and welcome :) will recommend to stay there

Super clean. Great room with view although may be hard for some to climb the circular staircase. The breakfast set up and cleaning senora was super kind and efficient.

Having to pay in cash without being advised in advance that it was cash-only payment.

The kitchen had those giant, plastic gallon jugs of drinking water which we used to fill up our water bottles. The WiFi worked.

Maybe it was the high reviews that this place had that threw me off, but this stay was very, very disappointing. It is livable, but definitely not even close to a "nice" stay. The price is super cheap, but if you are going for vacation, spend a little extra and find a nicer place. There is NO warm water - the water is ice cold. We didn't take a shower our entire trip because of that. There are no mats in the bathroom - we had to put towels on the floor to catch excess water. The communal kitchen does not have a microwave. The door to the room does not create a seal with the doorframe, so there were big cracks to the outside (making it easy for bugs to come in). Also, many of the features and amenities that are listed for this property are just plain false - the main lady that is there at the property does NOT speak English and there is no "24/7 front desk service." I'm guessing the private airport shuttle thing is also false, because upon arrival, we were told by B&B staff to use the airport's taxi service instead of the B&B's private shuttle, even though they both ended up costing the same. Upon departure, the taxi that was set up for us by B&B staff ended up coming to the property 20min late. The location is also relatively far from the Zocalo (central plaza where everything is) with quite a bit of uphill walking. The worst part of our stay was that, for some reason, I was always really itchy in our room - my back, shoulders, legs, and belly would become unbearably itchy. I stayed up multiple nights unable to sleep because I was so itchy. I felt perfectly fine when we would go out; this itchiness problem was only in the room. Even after the lady would change the sheets, the itchiness remained in that room for the entire trip. We dreaded going home to this place every day of our trip.

Yagil, the owner, let us check out in the afternoon, as we had a flight late in the evening. The location is very good. The place was clean and the garden was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We felt like at home:)

We really had a pretty good time at Yagils place. The place is beautiful with a terrace where you can enjoy sunny hours. The kitchen is nice equipped so you can easily cook there. Drinking water and towels are always available for guests, we appreciated this. Also breakfast was included and offered vegan options like for example peanut butter jelly :) Yagil is a very nice person and helped us with all our topics which had to be resolved. He also offers special trips into nature to spots not everyone can visit. We were very happy with the place and will come again :) THANK YOU!

Good location, great vibes and people. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and there is a kitchen to be used by everyone. The owner is very helpful and also has a tour agency to go and see around the area. The place is highly recommended, you get high value for the price. Overall it's the best place we stayed so far during our trip.
