Well every Princess needs her Castle and Craighross delivers. This was a family road trip with all ages group. The rooms are amazing, huge bathrooms with underfloor heating. The views and the sound of the ocean are sensational. Huge decked area with braai and yes there is a gas option too.we hired in a chef and had all our meals in the lounge/deck area which worked for our group. Recently refurbished (I think we were the first group to use the refurbished house) meant everything thing was brand new. You truly get the sense of modern luxury in this Castle 🏰 and it's feels like your own private beach. Our experience and Nico and his team were just the best.

I would suggest anyone visiting castle does have a 4x 4

Incredible location - we got upgraded to Perlekuil castle - its amazingly secluded - dont see the other castles . The outside dining area was great , the upstairs balcony was stunning . Most incredible starry nights. Kitchen was well equiped - liked the round dining room - very cosy George and his helpers were very friendly and helpful

The stairs to get down from parking area - plus a very steep driveway out - luckily my rental made it out There is a lot of stairs in the castle - as i had a few older guests - was a bit challeging for them The light control in the one room didnt work. And water pressure in top bedroom with an incredible view from the bath - had to boil kettles so i was able to have a lukewarm bath But all in all - i ll definately return to this magical place

We were given a free upgrade and stayed in the Lindsay/Perlekuil Castle, and what a glorious experience. Tucked away just around the corner from the main stretch of Noetzie beach, we were treated to the most breathtaking views and total privacy. The staff were all amazing and incredibly helpful. We hope to make it back to property soon!

Amazing location and always has been one of my favourite beaches in South Africa. Stunning views, very friendly and helpful staff/host.

Given the proximity to the beach (a good thing), the castle unfortunately has quite a few damp problems which need to be rectified.

Fantastic location, stunning views and great beach. Lovely massive house full of old world charm. The house needs a bit love, but nothing serious it just adds to the character. Incredibly friendly and helpfull staff. Would definitely be returning.
