It’s in good location, you can park nearby and when you tel your car plate number to the owner, the parking is free.

There is no air conditioning it was hot as hell in the hole apartment because it’s in the last floor. There is no elevator, we where for only one night and it was ok, but if you are with bigger luggage or with children, it will be uncomfortable. The third bed is situated in the living room. There is only one bathroom.

The apartment was not overall clean. The washing machine was disaster.

Parking around the accommodation was easy, and it's free. Communication with the landlord was easy. Tram stop nearby, 5-6 stops from the center.

We had a problem with cleanliness. The worst is the hairs on the sheets. (I don't know if it was human or animal) It was very cold in the apartment, the boiler could not heat it properly until the third day.

Apartament is in the top flor in a 4 store building and for older people walking that stairs is to much... so go see Brno before you enter and climb that stairs

Parking at the house is not as easy due to the introduction of paid zones as was announced by the website.

Nice sized apartment, well equipped and nicely decorated. Pleasant host who although doesn’t speak a lot of English is very friendly and cooperative
