El trato, era tarde, queríamos alquilar una moto, llamó y en 2 min nos trajeron la moto al hotel. Luego reservamos una excursión, en 1 min ya lo teníamos gestionado.

Air conditioning broke and we were forced to change room with no help from the staff. There was a security guard there that offered his services as a taxi driver at very high prices. Every time we came home with a normal grab taxi he would uncomfortably ask us why we didn't call him and ask about the prices of the grab taxi. Room was completely full of bugs and made leaving anything in the bathroom pretty gross. Worst of all when we checked out we requested that they call us a taxi to the pier. The reception lady agreed to do this and we thought she would call a normal taxi company. (Very hard to get a grab in this spot as its so far from anything). She ended up calling the security guard guy and lied to us about how long he would take to get here. When he arrived we were surprised it wasn't a proper taxi and then they told us it would cost almost double the price of a normal taxi for the trip and we had no choice due to our boat leaving soon.

AC was working great Near Ao Nam Mao Pier for Railay Beach

Ao Nam Mao doesnt have a beach. Our fault but there isnt much to do at all and the hotel is quite basic. There is no outside area, balcony or swimmimg pool We decided to check out after one day of 3 and could only get one day refund

I just stayed here for one night but the hotel is lovely, as is the owner. The location might be great if you can use it as a base for trips to railay and phi en phi for example. It's cheap and comfy. The area itself isn't amazing though.

Good location right next to the pier, and only 100baht to railay. Also 10 minute drive from center of ao nang. Staff were very helpful and friendly

The room had a lot of mosquitoes getting in from fan in the bathroom, we got bit a lot in the room. The bed was springy and noisy, didn't sleep very well at all. Most beds in thailand aren't the best but this was one of the worst. The bathroom had a constant urine smell in it.

There were lots of mozzies in the room. The location is terrible, very ugly surroundings.

We had the front room and could hear everything from the reception and night security talking and playing music.

Lovely big rooms, spotlessly clean, good private bathroom and working air conditioning. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day and extra towels if you use them for the beach. 2 minutes walking distance to Ao Nang Mao Pier so great for visiting Railey Beach and the Islands by Longtail boat. Scooter hire 250 bht per day. Night security guard so we had no problem leaving valubles in room when we went out for the evening. The best though was the lovely lady who was managing the villas. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she organized everything we needed with a smile including the scooter hire, day trips, taxis and recommendations for places to go. We loved it so much we booked again for the last week of our holidays. Thanks to the team of lovely girls on site.
