I had a hard time locating my room off the street as there were no signs. A bit upsetting coming home in the evening when the office was locked.

The staff, location, breakfast, pool experience and comforts of these rooms were above my expectations! From the first interactions online to our final goodbye this was an exceptional experience for our family of 5 and we would highly recommend it to others. We were thrilled we took advantage of the pool - it was a truly beautiful spot and special experience. the rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious It was simply a beautiful location with lovely people. And we just hope to make it back to Assisi and would stay in the Suite Assisi again.

I wish the LEDs on the mini-split AC unit in the bedroom could be turned off They make an otherwise quiet and dark room very bright.

I loved the space in the room. And also the furnishings…It was super clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Had a good night’s sleep so felt well rested. The location is great as you have everything within reach. And also would like to say thank you to Rita for her hospitality all the staff and last but not Least thank you Roberto for welcoming us the way you did! I would definitely return to this property! Keep up the good work! 😊

I liked everything

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, very comfortable, and beautiful. Location cannot be better in Assisi; short walking distance from the basilicas and Carlo Acutis’s place. Right beside the place there is very good restaurant and in front of it a very good pizzeria. We were very happy.

Maria Rita is an amazing host. Very helpful. Excellent communication in Whatsapp. Was very flexible. She has been a super hospitality in Asissi for a few decades and is from there. The house is in a great location just in the middle of assisi. You can drive up to the house to leave the suitcase. It is very spacious

The accommodation was used by my mother and cousin, they confirmed that the apartment was in excellent condition, brand new bathroom, new bed linen. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

Incredibly friendly staff (special thanks to Olivia!) with great local recommendations, good breakfast buffet with everything you need! In our case, parking was available onsite (for a small fee). Many thanks for making our stay super comfortable and worthwhile!

The location. The quaint, medieval architecture. The breakfasts. The managements' desire to assist the guests in their travel plans.

The bed was not super comfortable- a little hard and the sheets/comforter were too small.

The driver, who picked us up at the parking was very friendly and the location of the "apartment" was nice although not what we had booked. the address was different than on our confirmation.

We booked a "deluxe room at the Hotel Suite Assisi and we got a one room apartment at a different location without warning or explanation. when I called the Landlady she just said everything else was already booked and what did I expect "sorry lady". our location is on none of the pictures shown at booking.com, it´s a totally different place, nothing "deluxe". the apartment would have been ok for a much lower price. no discount no apology.

The location of the suites in the very centre of Assisi is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the shuttle service to the parking is quick and efficient. The rooms are nice and were very clean upon our arrival.

We expected the swimming pool to be near the rooms but it is in fact in a different location and using it therefore requires a bit of an organisation in advance.

Large apartment in historical center of Assisi. Great location.

Perfect stay- relaxing and quiet. Apartment had air conditioning and beds were very comfortable. Staff is amazing and friendly. The breakfast was very delicious.
