Everything, the apartment was very clean and modern, in a great location on plaza del puente and was well equipped. I was sorry to leave.

Nothing at all. The balcony was a little small but not much to be done about that except maybe install a shelf/ledge instead of a table which would enable two chairs on the balcony. Also the room stated it had a bedroom but it was a studio but this was not a problem for us :)

Para ir al baño tenias que salir del salón, porque estaba en otra puerta.. y la piscina pensaba que estaría llena y nada… imagino que al ser temporada baja no la llenarán.. pero podrían avisarlo

It was convenient had a lovely cafe underneath and was near one the tourist sites, we msgd to ask if we could check in early and was pleasantly surprised that we were able to and we unfortunately had a small mishap and locked our keys in the flat and the person that was dealing with us was so kind and understanding about the situation told us not to worry and to carry on with our plans and sorted everything.

Het appartementengebouw heeft een slot met code waarmee je de voordeur opent en een sleutelkastje naast de toegangsdeur van het appartement. Op de tweede nacht van ons verblijf was de toegangscode van de buitendeur verandert zonder dat wij daarvan bericht ontvingen hadden. De sleutel hadden we niet meegenomen. Waardoor we dus om 1.00 uur s'nachts niet naar binnen konden en elders een hotelkamer moesten boeken. Wat gelukkig lukte in dit laagseizoen. De host (Artur) was op dat moment telefonisch niet bereikbaar en reageerde pas om 8.00 uur s'ochtends met een nieuwe toegangscode. Hij verontschuldigde zich, gaf aan dat hij ziek was maar dat het kantoor e.e.a. met ons zou regelen. We hebben hem sindsdien verschillende keren gevraagd om de kosten die wij voor de hotelovernachting gemaakt hebben te vergoeden, waarop hij eerst aanbood de helft te vergoeden (omdat hij vond dat een deel van de schuld ook bij ons lag) maar inmiddels nog steeds niets heeft terugbetaald, en op onze berichten niet reageert. Er is nu geen contact meer hem te krijgen en we zijn hierover zeer teleurgesteld.

Location was great and the owner was very communicative. Beds were comfy and the linen was clean and fresh. Bathroom looked quite new and was clean.

Was smaller than appeared, only one chair for the pull out table, we had to bring in chairs from the balcony, the sofa in the living area was tiny. Not suitable for a family of 4. Sadly it was exceptionally windy but the noise from the wind rattling the shutter, howling through the extractor fan and through the not very well sealed windows was so loud. The boiler dripped in the sink. The hot water didn't last long when having showers. The front door could do with replacing. No oven, only microwave oven with no instructions on how to use it.

The views of the sea, city, and mountain, the rooftop, the location, the coffee machine, the bed - awesome!

Mi a penthouse lakásban laktunk. Alicante legszebb, 360 fokos panorámájú privát tetőteraszos különleges szálláshelye. Lélegzetálló látvány a tenger, az erőd és az óváros. A szálláshely réginek tűnik, de igazából egy szép, új épület. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, a tenger, az erőd és a város gyönyörű látvány. A környező kis utcák színes épületei közt jó sétákat lehet tenni. Minden közel van, az üzletek, éttermek, boltok. Az épület alatti étterembe időben kell helyet foglalni, mert mindig tele van. A tetőterasz nem ajánlott nehezen közlekedőknek, mert meredek, keskeny lépcsőn kell felmászni. Emiatt óvatosan kell alkoholt fogyasztani odafent, mert nagy baleset lehet lefelé :-). A berendezés átlagos, a felszereltség átlag alatti.

A fürdőszoba egy privát, nyitott folyosóról nyílik, télen reggel hűvös van kimenni. A világ legkisebb zuhanyozója van a fürdőben. Lehetetlen úgy zuhanyozni, hogy ne folyjon ki a víz. Hiányzott az odafigyelés, a kedvesség, a vendégszeretet. Volt só és öblítő a mosogatógéphez, de nem volt gépi mosogatószer. Nem volt tusfürdő és szappan, csak egy előző vendég által otthagyott sampon, általában minden felszereltség ott maradt holmi volt. Nem szeretjük a kétszemélyes paplant. Ezek kis dolgok, a komoly probléma az volt, hogy nem kommunikált velünk az üzemeltető. Legalább 6 üzenetet küldtünk, egyikre sem válaszolt. Csak automatikus üzeneteket küldött. A kulcsátadás bohózat volt. Nem ott volt a kulcs, ahol mondták, a kód nem volt jó, a csomagmegőrzés nehezen ment. A képen látható, valójában a lépcső alá beszorított kis medencébe nem mentünk bele, mert hideg volt a víz, nem volt bizalomkeltő színű a víz, bár erős búgással késő estig ment a szivattyúja.
