Wykończenie podłogi w sypialni, mimo rezerwacji na 8 osób (2 apartamenty) przygotowane łóżko dla 6osób.

Przede wszystkim czystość w apartamencie. Lokalizacja idealna ( z Rynku Nowomiejskiego spacerkiem dochodzi się do Rynku Staromiejskiego ). Tuż za rogiem Kościół Św. Jakuba. Miejsca parkingowe choć drogie ale są spokojnie osiągalne.
Musiałam skorzystać z kuchenki mikrofalowe do podgrzania posiłku, choć na co dzień tego nie robię.

This place is not what they advertise. Very dirty, rug not hoovered , fan in bathroom very dirty ( black ! see photos ), bathroom not cleaned especially the shower - dirty tiles, shower blocked.
Misleading information about the rooms- no balcony as advertised, after contacting them no help. It was not an apartment - more like a double room with kitchenette. Towels very small, the shower gel only one small, shower gel - one sachet per person - this is not enough!! No air con or fan - it was very hot at night.
Squeaky floor, dirty walls, wardrobe was a joke - the door wouldn’t even close properly. Very bad, don’t waste your money on this accommodation.

The location of the apartment is really nice, it has a beautiful, old town view through the window. It's spacious, so there is enough place for four people. The design is cosy and nice, so it's great to spend a night there!
The water of the shower was changing from hot to cold, even though it was fixed in one position. I could hear sounds coming from the corridor, so sound insolation is not the best. The pillows were too big.

Apartment was in very good location.
I expected different view from window, because instead of view of old market I got just view of buildings roofs. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned good and our bedsheets was dirty.

This property is very nice… the only thing to maybe use a suggestion is to make sure that who ever is cleaning the apartments will do it well.. there were some smashed mosquitos on the wall and the floor was not cleaned well… the rest these apartments are in very good location and well equipped

Apartment very close to old town.
Our room number is 8, the 5th floor under roof apartment, on booking it was 4the floor with balcony. The information is cheating.
No catering. Owner must recover overpaid expenses for the stay in this incorrect apartment, but didn't.

Oily Dirty dishes in the cupboard clearly not cleaned.
No toilet paper at the property.
Bad smell of damp and irritation to eyes all night.
Blocked drains in the shower.
No response from caretaker after contacting and no call back as promised
No response from the host on the issues we had

Location was the best thing during the stay. It was
at the very beginning of the old town so it was quiet
and easy to access all the touristic attractions wit-
thin walking distance.
The fridge was useful and a kitchen towel was
handy.
The floors were squeaky and with gaps. No sound
proofing. could hear the people with the kids in the
above apartment - they were screaming and
running late in the evening after 11pm.
Ironing board was far too small to use.
The shower room did not have a good smell
and the drainage system must have been blocked
as during the shower water would gather and
I was standing in a puddle.
The whole check in process could be smoother. It
would be helpful to know the entrance codes
before the arrival instead of calling the numbers
provided to find out the codes as this information
was not received beforehand.

This apartment was very nice and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen was amazing!
There should have been a lift to go upstairs because we had a very heavy suitcase and we had to climb seven flights of stairs which was REALLY difficult. Also in the apartment it was VERY hot.
