Room cleaning staff excellent. Reception staff good but often not available - more staff in this area required. Breakfast very good but again more help required - on Sunday morning in particular it was very understaffed and difficult to get any service.

See above. If you want to compete with other similar hotels nearby you must resist the temptation to reduce staff hours - in hospitality in particular it is quickly noticed by guests and other venues chosen.

There is no onsite car parking. Free street car parking is limited to before 8am and after 6pm.

The night porter was on asked for my ID so I gave him my non Australian license and he told me because they sell alcohol on the premises he might not be able to check me in . I told him that the licence is excepted everywhere in Australia and you won't accept it and let me go to my room ?

Rooms are quite. Beds are comfortabel and resteraunt is excellent.

Room wad clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and beds were really comfy. Breakfast was really good, cooked to order.

We could have been closer to the CBD, but the area was quiet and within walking distance to transit. Only a 15 minute walk to main shopping and restaurants

The fact that the TV was on a side wall to the bed, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Laundry charges were external to the motel and were quite expensive.

Bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Could be dangerous for anyone not steady on their feet.

drainage from shower was very slow so bathroom floor wet area was excessive. mini bar menu provided but no mini bar. unable to order food or drinks and book to room when eftpos was not working

The room was very clean and spacious, the gym was awesome.

Our aircon turned off in the middle of the evening, and the staff could not fix the issue in the duration of our 8 day stay. The lack of aircon overnight made it hard for us to sleep well. Also, the new fancy wooden keys didn't fit in the slot in the room, so we had to use a transit pass from a different city to turn on the lights.
