Lots of stairs rubber sausages

Owner forgetting to turn phone off when we rang to ask if we was at right place. Heard her say for God’s sake because we was a bit early

Breakfast was good.On arrival the staff pointed out the small step up to the dining area but my wife forgot about it going in for breakfast in the morning and hurt her ankle so after breakfast we just came back home as it was painful walking and missed our other night!

Where your car is parked overnight!

Iain & Linda were the perfect hosts, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was excellent, Room clean & comfortable, Free parking a few minutes away. We had two nights in the bar staff and locals treated us like we were old friends, Location is perfect just a couple of minutes from shops, cafes, bars, etc.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like, i have read a few reviews which mentioned seagull noise and also some complaints about uneven floors in the hotel. I find these comments absolutely ridiculous, why would anyone visit a seaside town and not expect to hear seagulls ? As for uneven floors, in a two hundred year old building its called character !!.

Excellent location, less than a couple of minutes from the town centre. Rooms exceptionally clean if a tad small but then we did have motorcycle apparel with us. Lovely breakfast and staff extremely courteous and helpful. Very welcoming.

Nothing really

Linda is great they have a bar we loved her.

No fridge in the room but Linda kept some beers in the bar fridge,love Linda.
