The incompetence of the staff booked dinner bed & breakfast and made us pay R150.00 for dinner. When contacting reception to sort out I was told Booking.com made the error with incorrect advertising of DBB then it was the waiter who did not know about the special dinner menu. Contacted reception on numerous occasions to follow up on my refund, but no refund or telephone call from the Manager or reception.

Bedding only

I have used one towel for 2 days This property are crooks, don't trust them with your card, I paid for 4 night instead of 3 night, now they don't want to refund me, I am sent from pillars to post, I am deeply disappointed

Very spacious unit and garden is immaculately kept. Nice and tranquil getaway.

Booked room with double bed, got a room with two single beds. The beds was very uncomfortable 😖

We stayed here as a stopover to cross the Beitbridge border in the morning and it was perfect. Picture don't do justice it, it was much nicer.

Kitchen utilities were a little bit scarce for the rest everything was great.

This property is really beautiful- clean surroundings, natural landscapes and absolute silence. I slept like a baby everyday.

Peace and quiet

The room snelled of cigarette and there were bugs flying around in the room at night. Staff members just gives u the keys and show you to ur room nothing more. We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned and they just removed the leaves only could feel the sand on my feet.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were friendly and did't hesitate to walk the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend Munati B&B and when I go to Musina again I will most definitely visit there again :-)

The area where the lodge is located. The time spent waiting for you to open the gate. The network is also a challenge because even if you call the cellphone or the office you struggle. The wardrobe space is congested. Towels were allocated for 1 person whereas we booked for a couple. I suggest you make your place user-friendly to accommodate strangers by putting a security near the entrance of both gates nd sort out the network issue. Kindly prepare a buffet in terms of breakfast.

I think it's higher than a 3 star rating that it is. It should be 4 star in my opinion

Delays in accessing the property once we got toothed gate as well as delays in exiting the property on departure

They left me outside didn’t answer the phone hence didn’t gain access into the B&B
