We absolutely loved this house it feels like home soon as you arrive a fantastic home, the only things let it down were bits of it we’re tired ,, but it has our heart Needs just a few days of diy

Needs some diy. Gates need fixing, places need paint, taps need to be tightened, hot water is hit and miss sink in master bedroom doesn’t work and the pool boy came and just filled it up with fresh water but it was freezing for the whole of our stay

House was nice and comfortable. Access to the house was easy with key code provided and GPS coordinates for the house also useful. Pool area/outdoor seating was also nice.

This house is in need to a welcome pack detailing the basic information, such as wifi, where to bring refuse, how to operate gates. Wifi is not available up stairs, the garden or the kitchen. It is only available in the living room and down stairs bedroom. If you require wifi throughout the house, this is not the place for you. Pool is not heated, so it has limited use during the winter months.

it was very big spacious and clean in a beautiful residential area, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! very modern and loads of room for a family.

We had several times problems to get in to the property We missed kitchen towels

The villa is beautiful, stylish and spotlessly clean and set on a very quiet new(ish) development which appeared to be a mix of full-time residents and short stay rentals like us. Having a BBQ was great as well as use of a washing machine. It was about a 45 minute walk into Teguise so probably not ideal for anyone with mobility issues and taxis were fine dropping us off but not so keen to pick us up. We did love our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

A couple of really minor criticisms which could be dealt very quickly - there was no ironing board in the villa for some reason so the six of us had to do any ironing on the bed or table which wasn't ideal. The shower head in the ground floor bathroom was really poor and not ideal to use. They could also do with two more outside dining chairs as there was only 4. A welcome/information book would have been nice as you pretty much have to work things out for yourself - where do you empty the bins? Where is the nearest supermarket and in what direction, nearest bars and restaurants with maybe some recommendations, bus stops, taxi numbers, emergency numbers etc etc
