La suite è fantastica , al di sopra delle aspettative, la vasca idromassaggio è la più grande che abbia mai visto , il mio ragazzo che è alto oltre l’1,80 ci sta dentro anche comodamente. Esperienza da provare . La chicca che più ci ha entusiasmato è l’aperitivo omaggio che c’è stato offerto e fatto trovare in camera insieme a decorazioni meravigliose , tanti cuori e petali sparsi per tutta la stanza . Da ripetere l’esperienza Il proprietario Gianni è stato davvero gentile ed accondiscendente in tutte le nostre richieste . A presto

struttura nuova e dotata di ogni confort , ascensore e parcheggio sono una chicca , ma vendendo spesso a Cosenza mi rendo conto che questa è una delle poche strutture in cui non hanno problemi di acqua corrente ( spesso in città si rimane per diverse decine d’ore senza acqua ) ottima esperienza , grazie allo staff

Very tastefully furnished, clean, fresh with good amenities and wi-if. Spacious room with a really comfortable bed with air-con. Common area plus balcony to chill out / have breakfast (lovely freshly-made cakes). Gianni was super helpful with great recommendations for eating out (including 10% discount on two closest locations!). Allowed us to leave the car in the car-park after check out while we explored the city and the outdoor museum in the main shopping street which included a sculpture by Dali (never seen anything like this before, well done Cosenza) and the beautiful, and as yet unspoilt, historical centre. It was wonderful. The city of Cosenza and what it has to offer, was a revelation.

There is no reception but this isn’t an issue at all, if you keep in contact with Gianni through Booking.com as he is very responsive and can control access to the car-park through an app if needs be. Do be sure if arriving by car that you take the road immediately before the property (Via Tommaso Arnoni opposite S.da Statale 19 della Calabria) as the street is one way and if you find yourself outside the property with your car, it’s quite a detour so pay better attention to Gianni’s instructions than we did!

The hotel was clean and beautiful, it looks better than the pictures displayed on booking.com. The furniture was placed nicely especially the toilets. The breakfast was delicious too. The beds were also very clean The host himself was a very nice person and supported us in every issue we encountered. Also, the car park is free and very secure.

Very kind owner and always available to help. The apartment had everything and it was 10 minutes walking from the city center
