Man konnte sich zuhause fühlen, die Betten waren etwas schmal, aber sonst sehr gut. Dass Amsterdam kein „billiges Pflaster“ sein würde, das haben wir schon bei der Quartiersuche gemerkt. Die Lage der Wohnung war eigentlich optimal, man hätte ganz ohne (den hervorragenden) ÖPNV auskommen können. Von daher würden wir wiederkommen.

Die Spülmaschine hat erst gut gearbeitet, nachdem wir das Sieb von Rückständen aus Vormieternutzungen befreit hatten. Neben Salz sollte auch neuer Klarspüler nachgefüllt werden. Dass sich auch eine süße kleine Maus Zugang zur Wohnung und unserem Brotvorrat (in einer verschlossenen Schublade, aber eben hintenherum ) verschaffen konnte, war natürlich nicht von uns erwartet worden. Es sollten einige Teller mehr da sein, vor allem fehlte es an Messern und Teelöffeln. Als Teetrinkern fehlte uns leider eine Teekanne. Ansonsten haben wir gar nicht gekocht, hätte man aber sicher können, bei der Auswahl brauchbaren Kochgeschirrs (könnte man oben lobend erwähnt haben)

Location. This is a fantastic location in Amsterdam. The apartment is large and was clean, with new bed linen, mattresses and pillows.

It's a large apartment so only getting 2 keys wasn't great given we had a group of 7 It's EXTREMELY noisy. There was loud music in the building as well as from the street until the early hours of the morning. It quietens down between 4am and 6am and then the trams kick in!

Cosy apartment up a very long flight if stairs. Location is great and convenient. Apartment and facilities were in good condition. The staff were generally accessible and flexible and attended to our needs. Beds were comfy. Heating worked well.

There's a locked balcony which is a bit of a shame - would have been convenient. Only 1 toilet. Some things were missing (like kitchen towels) but were provided promptly. Really all ok.

- kitchen not very well equipped (e.g. no wine glasses) - only two keys for 5 people - digital key (app) did not work - only one bathroom, which is accessible only via one of the bedrooms - very very soft mattresses - relatively noisy (one hears everything from the other apartments and the street) - relatively complicated before arrival (had to do quite a lot prior to arrival: downloading and registering app, bank transfer for deposit, bank transfer for tourist taxes, sending passport pictures…)

We liked the central location of the property. The size was ideal for our group.

The shower was prone to overflowing the shallow tray. There were only two toilet rolls left in the property.

Very central location, many nice spots within walking distance. Bright apartment and modern facilities. Easy and fast communication with the hosts, they also provided a coffee and tea selection.

The downside of such a centrally located apartment is the noise (for the people sleeping in the rooms facing the street). 5 of the 7 sleeping possibilities are in rooms facing the street.
