The place is indeed very comfortable, clean, well-designed. It was easy to check in.

When we tried to enter the apartment later in the evening, the outside door was locked, the buzzer was accepting the code but somebody had locked the entire building and we could not enter. After we called the property contact, she told us that the key from the outside door wasn’t with her. We had to spend the night elsewhere and were only able to enter the apartment on the following morning.

Great location, clean and nice place to stay with everything you may need.

It was really noisy and we could hear basically everything from the common area, e.g. when someone turns washing machine on or/and comes to their room.

I would recommend this accommodation for the good position, close to Brno center and for the proximity to the trolley bus stop (25/26). Also, the room was really comfortable and clean with a quiet view of Lužanky park.

Near this place is some kind of club or something. And they were playing music at late hours.

The room was dirty, dust was everywhere. there was a gallery left empty so the bed was occupying the living area, leaving 30 centimeters to move on the sides from wall to wall. We saw wet paint in patches on the wall. By the way, walls are paper thin. We heard the neighboring guests from all sides snoring, farting, talking etc. Did not have a single good night sleep.

There was no kitchenette, there was just a kettle and a microvawe in the cupboard. The appartment was very noisy, you could hear everything. When cars passed a building or if people above were walking, the chandeliers were shaking and making noise (all the time). We could here people coming and going in the corridor, you can hear all the cars passing by. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep. Bed was very soft and not comfortable. Wardrobes, walls, windows very dirty. Furniture very used. I will never stay there again.

I did not like that before i was not informed that it is a shared apartment, with individual rooms. it was quite difficult to find the front door and the building looked deserted

Although we didn't meet the owner received clear instructions about access. Great room with new furnishings; good bathroom and shower. Our room had view overlooking park. Nice walk through park into town centre, or bus directly outside apartment. Trams within 200mts.

As a double room another chair would be good. There was only one. Cupboard with microwave, kettle a little cramped but workable.
