The villa is amazing! really huge and comfy. plenty of room and has every thing. The BBQ area is clean and well equipt.

A fantastic villa in an equally fantastic location. Lovely pool, great pizza oven and bbq area, and a short strole to great restaurants and the beach (recommend Jimmys for evening meals). Leonidas was very helpful responding to any queries we had quickly. Highly recommended for any larger groups or two families as we were.

Everything was great. Just be aware that two of the 5 bedrooms are in a self contained annex on the roof accessed by external stairs. This was great for our older children but might not suit younger children if you want them close by.

not much- perhaps the kitchen would benefit from a bit more appliances/equipment (not enough wine glasses for ex or cutting boards etc)

This was our first time staying in a Villa and we were not disappointed. The host Leonidas was at the villa to greet us , we arrived around 11pm. He was very welcoming and helpful. He also helped us order food from the local takeaway and gave us all the information we asked for. There were a few snags during the stay however these were quickly resolved by the host. There is a beautiful bbq area which we used. It felt home from home as we relaxed, cooked and socialised as we had everything we needed. We only went out once to eat. The whole property is very beautiful and clean, its setting with the beach backdrop was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The sunrise and sunsets are stunning. It is surrounded by mountains and the sea. The pictures do not do it justice. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children aged 6-16. We absolutely loved the pool and the privacy of the villa. We felt very safe, it has electric gates as well as electric shutters on the windows. I would advise to get a car to get around as there a few restaurants within walking distance however, the supermarket is half an hours walk and the local mini market which is a 10 min walk has some basic items. Taxis are very expensive which is another reason, in hindsight we should have hired a car.

Lack of local amenities, and other areas to visit are quite far, a car is definitely needed. Nothing negative to say about the villa itself.

The place was amazing. A 5 bedroom villa by the sea with a big swimming pool and wide garden pleased all of our family. The rooms are beautiful with every comfort that you can imagine. The host, Leonidas, met us upon arrival and was most kind and helpful. He was available for every need and even set for us a private chef one evening. With Leonidas's rare hospitality, the beautiful villa and the near by sea, the holiday was perfect
