Location is amazing, pretty close to Samana (road to the hotel is pawed) with amazing view of the sea and jungle around hotel. Pools were nice and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, they serve only "Dominican breakfast" but portion was big. They make nice fire at the evening and play music that create nice atmosphere.

It didn't look like room was actually cleaned at all - there was hair around the sink and on shampoo, inside of the toilet was a little bit dirty, dead cockroach behind the matres, really big live cockroach in the shower, live hand size spider in the bathroom and wasp nest directly in front of our room (they removed it on the second day of our stay). I know place is in the nature but they should have some net or something to prevent bugs and other thing enter the room. Place really needs refreshing and maintenance - beds, doors, tiles and boards on the terrace and around of the pool. Food for diner is overpriced and portions are small. All in all - staff is nice, location is nice, place has a lot of potential but it needs proper cleaning and maintenance, also maybe in high season they take better care of it. I gave it 5 just because of the staff and nice pools, without that it would be max 2

Beautiful views, amazing space outside with the pools, structures to experience the wonderful views. Staff tried to help and was nice.

The room we stayed at. we were in the cabins and they were very rustic. Bathroom door didn’t close, lights in there didn’t work, toilet was not stable (almost falling) and the roof was leaking. Also not enough hot water for 3 showers. The food at the restaurant did not have any flavor.

the view is stunning. it’s a nice place to stay one 1 night, enjoy the view or just come for a drink at the pool… the hotel, not worthy unfortunately. I sent my review to them personally as I don’t want to affect them, I just want them to get better as the location is amazing.

The views from the property are very nice, as well as the common areas.

Our first room was very bad, we got a better one on the next day. The quality of the room is poor for the price you pay.

If you like the peace and the natural, this is the place to stay,the view of the ocean is amazing,the food very good and excellent service,the breakfast OMG,waoo..delicious.the pool,infinity pool...beatifull.

The hotel does not have air condition only fan,because is ecological hotels,but in this time this it is not a problem, maybe at summer..

Just there was a cat jumping on you when you are at the restaurant , personally I don't have any problem since I have 3 cats , however some people might not like it . But they did their best to push the sweet cats away

The place is just as beautiful as on the pictures! The people are very nice and friendly! The food is amazing, everything is great! Fully recommended!

The only down is that we had to pay cash. It should have been mentioned on booking. It's a big amount and we Europeans don't really use cash so we were not expecting this, we had to find a bank etc. Such a shame to end up in a stress after 3 amazing days in this place that we definitely recommend!
