The house was perfect for our two families! We enjoyed the private beach that was a short walk away, and the outdoor shower was an added bonus.

Very spacious and clean! A quick under 5 min walk to their private beach. Cute little neighborhood. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Great communication with property owner from the time of booking up through check-in. Lots of space which was great for our stay, as we had some extended family for commencement events throughout the week. Also, a short distance (walk) to the water which was so peaceful. The pantry was well stocked with items such as TP and garbage bags. The only negative thing I can say is that a train runs near the property but didn't cause much of a disruption. I would certainly rent this property again!!

We were here for a long weekend, the host made our check-in/check-out process seamless, and the house very clean and in a wonderful location with easy beach access. Just the little get away we needed!

College girl friends annual trip. Each had our own rooms which works great for us and hard to find.

My daughter got married over the weekend at Eolia Mansion. This home become "our home" for the wedding weekend. Excellent location, very neat, organized, and well-stocked. It was perfect in every way. Thank you, Sarah, for being so accommodating.

We had one preschooler and seven adults. The property worked well. The kitchen was nice as was the dining area. The upstairs bathroom with the dresser was excellent for four adults and the preschooler Three adults slept in the basement rooms that are decorated for young kids. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach

3 sets of moms and daughters stayed for the weekend. The moms each took one of the bedrooms upstairs on the main level and the three cousins were all downstairs. Took walks in the neighborhood, ordered yummy take out and enjoyed both the lower terrace and upper deck. Would be great for parents upstairs and kids that could run around downstairs. Always appreciate having spices and condiments not to mention ziplocks provided. Would definitely recommend! Niantic was an easy drive for delicious food and Mystic a little further but also easy.

This house is perfect! I am in love with the kitchen!

The house was great and had plenty of space for our family (5 adults (two couples, one single) and two teenagers). The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels and regular towels. The couch and dining room were comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax all together - including the very spacious deck. The kids loved having their own living room, bathroom, and TV downstairs. Beach access could not have been easier, maybe a five minute walk from the house to the sand. The beach wasn’t crowded, is nicely maintained and the water was warm because of the sand bar (which the kids also loved). We would definitely come back.

The property manager was prompt, resourceful and helpful during all communication. The house was perfect for our family. My husband 14 month old and my mom. Was semi easy to baby proof with our 14 month who walks and likes to get into everything. We brought our portable gates which helped as the stairs from up to down did not have a door but otherwise everything else was pretty easy for her to roam around. The shower pressure was amazing. The outdoor shower amazing. The kitchen was amazing. The beach was literally a 3 min walk with the stroller and hardly anyone ever there all week. We did strolls around the neighborhood after dinner which was nice. Niantic was just a couple minutes away and had a Children's museum which was awesome and good restaurants. We also drove 20 min to Mystic CT for the Aquarium and a Boat Museum which was nice. The only issues we had were the yard grass was overgrown so we couldn't really use that for our little one to run around. Also recommend to lock car doors. There was a dozen of car break-in's within the town including two of our three cars. The property manager was extremely prompt in response and shared with the community association as well as mentioned getting the Ring system for security. We felt safe and really enjoyed our vacation, the house and the neighborhood.

We had an amazing time at this Waterford beach house. Short walk to a private, quiet beach was so convenient with young kids. Also great location for going to dinner in mystic or Niantic! The house is spacious and beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a great stay, two families (10 people) and we had plenty of space. The remodeled kitchen was great for preparing and eating meals. We were appreciative of the beach items provided and towels, etc. The only downfall was the dog smell on the lower level. My husband has allergies but thankfully he wasn’t affected on the top level of the home. (It was noted in posting which is nice to know in advance). Homeowner was very responsive and great to work with. Outdoor seating was wonderful. Overall- a great stay!

The entire family enjoyed the ample space to spread out and visit. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want- from grill utensils to blenders and it was probably the cleanest property we have stayed at. On the day it rained we had an entire chest of games to play with and a huge table to accommodate the whole family. Check out was a breeze and we would stay again!

This property was a dream to have after being displaced from our home due to some renovations. Walking distance to beautiful views of the water. House is very clean and has lots of room to spread out as well as spending time with family. Owner was very attentative and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

We gathered for a friends weekend and the house was perfect: large, well-stocked kitchen in an open plan with living area, 5 bedrooms, plenty of outdoor space, short walk to private beach. Sarah was very helpful answering questions and everyone was pleased with the amenities and location. The only hiccups were that the fireplaces were out of commission (would have been great on a chilly night) and that there must be a pet on the premises sometimes, since one person had an allergic reaction. But knowing that, we would happily return!

We stayed at this lovely property during the CGA parents weekend (extended to a full week stay!). We loved our time at the house and were very comfortable! There is a lot of outdoor space to enjoy family/friend time and just hang out! We will be checking for availability of this home on our return visits.

Absolutely loved this rental! Very well maintained and clean, with plenty of room for our group of 10. Beautiful neighborhood and having access to the private beach was a definite bonus. Sarah was responsive and her instructions were very clear. Well worth the rental price. Would highly recommend!

We spend a wonderful week at this property. We were two families, each with two children (8 people total). The owner was responsive, the house was clean, there were even some children's toys there. Everything was in working order (washer/dryer, Wifi, Grill, Air Conditioning, coffee maker). The beach is a short walk and we spent most of our time there. Mystic is just a short drive a away. We look forward to coming back!

We just got home from a one week stay at Sarah’s house in Waterford. There were 4 adults (5 for a couple of days) and one 10 year old and we were so impressed with the thoughtful touches and the wonderful accommodations. Everything you could possibly need was there. It was a short walk to the beach and we took the pull along cart for our chairs, etc. Around 4 pm there were sandbars that went way out into the cove which were fun to walk on and very safe for kids. There are two bedroom on ground level geared towards kids, the only problem we had was that my grandson was not comfortable being by himself downstairs, if there had been other kids it would not have been an issue, but we worked it out and everything was fine. There’s a lot of beach toys and other games you really don’t need to bring anything with you except maybe a hair dryer. I would definitely recommend this property, the location was perfect, close to everything, stores, restaurants, etc.

The property is everything you need. Close to Beach, grocery stores and cute towns with nice restaurants. We travelled with young children and they loved every aspect of the vacation. The property was close to a lot of children friendly activities, the Niantic children’s museum, book barn, mystic aquarium, and strawberry picking. The owners also made sure that we had everything we needed and were easy to reach. Thank you and looking forward to making this our annual vacation spot.

The house was perfect! The kitchen was great and everything was working! The house also had some fun card games and what not my friends and I ended up playing which was fun! Great amenities and really great location! The neighbors were very nice as well! Will definitely try to book this place again

This house was a really a great find for us after looking for a short little getaway from NYC! the rooms were clean , beds were actually comfortable, and it was nice and cozy even though it was 29 degrees the entire wknd we were there! we were also pleasantly surprised at how STOCKED the kitchen was!!! We were still social distancing and did all the cooking in house - but they had everything , from whisks, to tupperware for leftovers, and plenty of pots and pans for all the dishes we wanted to make!also loved that the beach was literally down the block , even though it was cold and winter, we were able to just do a short little walk with the kids to do some beach side shell exploration! ( all the kids were under 6. ) its also a short drive (10 mins) into main street for the niantic childrens museum and some of the shops and restaurants there. all in all, it was a wonderful stay - i wish we booked it earlier so we could also snag a summertime slot at this home!

Lots of room for a family gathering. Plenty of places to sleep and large areas, both upstairs and down, for eating, playing and hanging out. Furniture and beds were comfy. Owners were super friendly, helpful, and available if needed. The private beach is just a block away. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. Nice walks in area as well, and close to a large state park for walking.

Place was exactly what we were looking for. Our family had a great time and really appreciated the various kid toys for our son. Beach was just a short walk down the road so it was really easy to go back and forth. Property manager was incredible to both in terms of communication and setting up the house for guests. There is a welcome packet that details everything you need for your stay. Thanks again

My family and I stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for us all. The kids enjoyed all the games and puzzles provided. The beach is just a short walk away, in very nice neighborhood..Beautiful home and very easy rental process... Highly recommend.. Thank you for the wonderful wedding weekend memories!
