Staff is extremely friendly and solved everything we had an inquiry or request.

This is not something I didn't like, but it would be nice to be provided something for the mosquitos when you are in the porch of each room. Maybe there is, or not, but would be nice to have. And is something unavoidable because we are in the nature, so it's not a complaint, just a suggestion.

The location is unbelievably good. You can walk down the beach to the best snorkeling I've ever seen in less than five minutes - and I've snorkeled Bonaire, Belize, Cuba, and multiple parts of Mexico! The grounds and rooms are kept up very well, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well in both rooms we stayed in, though in Room 11 one of the beds is not in the air conditioned room. It stayed cool enough though with the bedroom door open. The restaurant on site is also located really well, and the provided breakfast is filling enough. The prices at the restaurant for other meals reflect the location more than the food quality, but there are games there for kids to play while waiting for food, which made up for it for us. I would (and in fact, did) stay here again.

I loved the simplicity of the hotel. I loved how close it was to the beach. The restaurant was good. The cabin we were in felt private.

Only thing I can think of is at night there was a band playing behind our room so it was loud but kinda what I expected with it being in a touristy area.

Breakfast was excellent!!! The staff is so friendly and fun. The location is perfect. The food at the Thirsty Turtle is excellent. We loved the Pizza. Karaoke night is a blast. You get a ticket for a free shot of alcohol everyime you sing.

Receptionist at front desk was rude during time of check in, bad experience with the manner of control the customer request, also security guard was angry and wasn't helpful to provide a free bathroom request.

Excellent and Amazing Staff, great location, good food, nice rooms! Would recommend this resort over and over again!
