Amazing pool and beach!

Food prices expensive compared to rest of beach

WE CALLED MAINTENANCE ONCE TO FIX THE CURTAINS IN THE ROOM SINCE THE SUN WOKE US AT 5AM THEY CAME QUICKLY ANS DID THE BEST THEY COULD GET. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD SO WE DECIDED TO JUST USE THE ROOM TO SLEEP AND NOT BOTHER WITH THE DECADENT CONDITIONS.

THE SOFA BED WAS BROKEN, THE CUSHIONS IN THE LIVING ROOM FELT LIKE STONE, THE CURTAINS ARE OLD AND GIVE TROUBLE, THE BED COMFORTERS AR OLD AND PILLING, THE CLOSET DOORS WERE NOT CLOSING. WE CALLED MAINTENANCE ONCE TO FIX THE CURTAINS IN THE ROOM THEY CAME QUICKLY ANS DID THE BEST THEY COULD GET, THE ONES IN THE LIVING ROOM WERE MISSING A COUPLE OF THE BLIND SO WE DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL, WE WERE ON VACATION SO WE DECIDED WHEN WE SAW THE CONDITIONS OF THE VILLA JUST TO DO THE BEST WE COULD, BUT I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID HALF THE PRICE EVEN FOR THOSE CONDITIONS. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD SO WE DECIDED TO JUST USE THE ROOM TO SLEEP, SPECIALLY SINCE THEY NEEDED TO PUT A SINGLE BED IN THE BEDROOM SINCE IT DID NOT FIT IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH THE BROKEN SOFA BED AND WE HAD VERY LITTLE SPACE THERE. I HAD TO WORK ON FRIDAY AND THE NOISE FROM THE CONSTRUCTION INTERFERE WITH IT.

loved the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe the whole time.

It needed a little attention, upgrades and upkeep. The sand fleas were INCREDIBLY awful! Apparently I’m allergic to their bites and was miserable and scratching the entire time. Couldn’t get near the ocean, as the fleas were in the sand.

Wife and I flew in from Houston for our anniversary. Infinity Bay is the Bomb. Snorkeling right off the beach, went fishing caught some Tuna, restaurant cooked them for us that evening. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you like the bar life, check out the palapa bar. Franky and Carlos are the best. Headed back in July.

The beach is top notch! Our room was clean and spacious. Staff in all areas were super friendly. We did have a recommendation of having an area with snacks to purchase. The gift shop has zero snacks and the coffee shop closes early so when the munchies hit there are no options for snacks. Bar waitresses that come down to the beach area would sell more alcohol as well :-)

The beach front room was wonderful in all aspects. We especially enjoyed the covered patio having a table as well as comfortable couches. The ice maker in the refrigerator was stupendous! Housekeeping was efficient and friendly - nice to have it daily. The pool area was well kept. It was great having the beach 10 steps from the unit. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
