There are just too many nice things to say about this place!! First of all, the communication with the owner is wonderful! She answered my many questions before, during and after our stay. The place itself is exactly what you see in the pictures. So unique and just a perfect retreat to make you feel like you were somewhere tropical! The home had everything we needed and was a perfect blend of giving everyone private areas but still open enough to keep everyone together under one roof. Already booked a week for next year!

This property is so beautiful. It had everything my family needed. The backyard is so great. We stayed out there most of the time. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Not only is the decor And layout very interesting and unique, the moment you walk out on deck your are mesmerized. Perfect backdrop for proposal that took place during our stay. There are so many different areas to enjoy and simply relax. Best vacation ever! Thank you so much.

The house was beyond our expectations. It looks just like the pictures. The outdoor area was so much fun, where we could all gather even socially distance. The hot tub made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The house was absolutely gorgeous and the owners Brittani & Joe were wonderful. The house is even better in person and the location is perfect. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk and plenty of things to do but it’s tucked away among other fine homes and has a nice relaxing feel. We really enjoyed our time.

This is the first time i’ve Rented on the bayside but it was the perfect vacation. My extended family of 16 were so happy to be there when being in the Oceanside’s beach was less than desirable, we stayed for 2 weeks and had a few days like that. We brought floats for the bay. Other than the little hiccup checking in, which was resolved quickly and personally by Brittani and Joe, the entire vacation was fantastic! Brittani and Joe were wonderful. The layout of the house lended to our large family but the outside was phenomenal! The hot tub, the different seating, including rockers which were situated to see the sunset in the evening. There was even a little sandy area. I would highly recommend you consider this property for your next vacation.

This house was perfect for us! We needed something on the water that offered both sun and shade. The house completely delivered. My favorite part of the house was out back... listening to the breeze rustle the leaves of the trees while looking out on the water was great! The inside was soooo cute and unique- such character. The location was great too- quick access to West Ocean City, as well as points further north. Thanks to Brittani and Joe for opening up your amazing home to us!

Great view of open bay - not on a canal.

Great house and floor plan for a large family. The outside space in the back of the house was our favorite part of the house. The house is located only 4-5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk so the location is perfect! We enjoyed the unique decor and personal touches that were found throughout the house. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

We loved this property for our family gathering. The deck and bay access in back made for great swimming, relaxing, and grilling. The ocean and boardwalk are just a few blocks away, making for very easy access, yet the house is in a quiet area away from the commotion.

The Phillips house was the perfect accommodating stay for my family in Ocean City. Centrally located but tucked back far enough we could enjoy the serene sounds of the bay. It was lovely to bring my entire family together... The house was simply amazing!
