I love everything about this property

Mr Campbell was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. We were very delayed at the airport as immigration took 3 hours, but Mr Campbell was very flexible and kind. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and everything was clean. The terrace and garden were lovely.

It's a very small thing, but given the location is suburban and does not have shops and restaurants in walking distance, and given the tap water isn't safe for drinking, it would have been much appreciated if there was a bottle of water for guests at the property. This was particularly an issue for us as we arrived so late, but would have been much appreciated whenever we arrived. Mr Campbell and the property are excellent, this is just a small thing.

Roomy. Nice garden out front. Close to airport and beach.

Needs upgrades especially bathroom areas. Plumbing causes odors. Shower curtains needed changing and a PROFESSIONAL CLEANING needed. Didn’t like locking myself in with a pad lock. Drivers are friendly and very helpful but costly I think a one time fare should be an option instead of $40 every ride. House is away from everything so you can’t walk for safety issue and must keep gate locked at all times.

The property owner, Mr. Campbell is absolutely the best! He was so accommodating and helpful with movement around in the area. He was also very responsive with any request we had. A few days before arrival, I sent a message asking if I could have additional guests, and Mr. Campbell immediately prepared the second room. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The area is a bit far for easy movement by walking, so you need a driver to take you places you want to go. Also pack American washcloths if you're used to using them.

From start to finish the interaction was clear and helpful. Lloyd is an incredible host who ensured that we were well taken care of and my friends had an amazing time. Prefect location to stay for my trip!!!

Location was good, away from the busy centre, but need a car to travel to the centre.

Driver called host, who meet me at the property to hand over keys. There had due to be 3 of us staying, unfortunately 1 couldn't travel, but driver still charged $35 for 2 passengers

No cleaning products to clean bathroom yourself, had to ask for toilet roll. Mattress may need deep cleaning or replacing, so many bits after 1 night. Host was pleasant, but wouldn't stay again

Location great! We felt safe at the location. Quiet culdesac and fresh sea breeze- perfect! Breakfast not applicable

It would have been nice to have a few tea or coffee items such as teas bags for guests to make a drink should they wish. This is the only reason I didn’t give a 10 otherwise everything was superb!

The cleanliness, location, spacious accommodation, kitchen. Easy to book and easy to locate. Beautiful grounds and privacy. Very Accommodating and Friendly HOST. We felt at home.

Location was on target 100% Love, Love the location I will return. Mr. Claud picked us up from the airport he was so welcoming and patient, very nice person with a nice personality I will give him 10 out of 10. Ms. Janice was very friendly she kept the place clean and tidy has such a nice demeanor was like family just like Mr. Claude vacation well spent no one bothers you, its home away from home. I would definately stay again time after time. Very clean and spacious

The property is as described and is ideally situated and close to the airport. The surroundings of the property is very clean, a lot of fruit bearing trees, secure place to stay, the house is very spacious and the rooms are of decent size and very clean. Mr Campbell was a fantastic host/site manager and he chaffuered me in his beautiful car to my wedding at Day-O Plantation Restaurant & Bar. Thank you so much for making our experience in Montego Bay an enjoyable one. We will sure be back for another stay this year and we'd also recommend your property as an amazing place for any person, family, group of friends to stay.

The location was fine, and the property was very nice. We had a very comfortable stay. Lloyd was very accessible and was available to drive us around locally which was handy.
