Location staff breakfast

TV in room not working

One of the waitresses at breakfast was rude every day, another was excellent. It was often the same Jamaican breakfast mackeral nearly everyday for two weeks.

The horrible waitress at breakfast and the rate was very high for what you get, and people were getting much lower rates that booked short notice as the hotel was not full.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

It was welcoming.... Staff went above and beyond for us.... Shout out to Ronaldo for taking my heavy bags to the room .. he was awesome and the little short house keeper forgot her name...

Needed activities.. had to leave for night life outside.

Breakfast was great you have Jamaican & Intercontinental it starts from 7am-11am. You can choose to eat inside or outside on the patio. The choice is yours.Staff was very accomodating. Big Up to Patrick that works as the Security at the front gate..You looked out for me my entire stay there. You greeted me every morning & every time u saw me.I've told my friends & the cyber world to give you a shout out wherever they visit Altamont or if pass by the Altamont to greet you & to tell them Keisha sent you. Should to the amazing ladies that works at the check in, you ladies are very accommodating & friendly. Shout out to the all the dinning room Servers & Cooks in the back. (Thank you Marcia ) To all the Staff that I came across You made my stay a very enjoyable one. I loved my stay at Altamont the location was perfect for me as it granted my access to downtown & the hip strip. BIG UP ALTAMONT HOTEL...FROM THE GUEST IN ROOM 305💞🌺

Kamers waren schoon en badkamer prima. Wc verstopte wel heel snel. Zwembad was fijn.

De locatie is op lange afstand van docters cave maar is prima te doen.

Location was excellent. General layout of the hotel was good with great (as yet untapped) potential to create a boutique type image. Room was clean and adequate for our overnight stay. Wifi was good. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast. Having sat down, we waited 50 mins to be served tea/coffee and even then we had to help ourselves (ie my wife went behind the counter to expedite) then 1 hour 30 mins to get food, which was no better than average. It wasn’t clear what the issue was as the restaurant was not too busy but we weren’t the only ones waiting and getting frustrated; other residents were experiencing the same delays and complaining. Not sure I could blame the staff. Serious management attention needed especially given this is an airport hotel where timeliness to meet deadlines is essential.
