Location is superb

Clean room and toilet, next to KL Sentral so very convenient to and easy to travel around KL using MRT/LRT/Train. Also next to a lot of eating places and NU Sentral, a shopping centre.

Great location, in walking distance to train station (KL Sentral, I commuted from Penang to KL by train). Rooms are very clean, confortable and value for money. A lot of local street food near by.

I booked 2 room, one for my parent and needed the room next to each other. I tried to sent message to the hotel prior to stay regarding my request but never get response.

Room was dark, and the windows are facing towards other rooms. TV, fridge and hair dryer were not working

There’re lot of stains on the blanket. When we lift the blanket, some hairs (long straight hair)on the bedsheet. And the hairdryer was not function well. We really disappointed to the cleanness of the room!

Location which was close to KL Sentral. But if the mall is close, there is no direct access.

When we arrived at almost 1am, there wasnt anyone at the reception. We had to wait 10mins for the reception to come back. To which the guy also was still not sure if our room was ready. The sheets has stains, floors were sticky. The shower has like an awkward pillar which makes the showering standing position so awkward unless the water pressure is low. Sound proofing is definitely bad. There was a window in our room.. but it overlooks, another room door.

Location is excellent as it is very close to the mall and the KL Sentral Station. The Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The first room given to us was at the 1st floor which was so close to the restaurant downstairs. We did not like it. Also, the ref had a very foul smell when we opened it - the smell was all over the room. We called Housekeeping and they confirmed it. We requested for a room change and the Front Desk gave us a bigger, better room in the 4th floor.
