The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. The room is big.The breakfast is delicious and served in the room.

It was not aware that reception was not manned - at all. And my phone did not work in Rumania! Luckily the cleaning lady turned up…

I liked the room, the facilities, the positioning. I really appreciated the staff responsivity.

Shower was excellent, bed very comfy, could connect the laptop to the TV, all in all I was pleased. The room wasn't too big though. Services otherwise were nice.

The room and building as a whole were much smaller than I had originally imagined but they contained all the necessary facilities so my stay was perfect.

The cleaning lady was friendly.

Avoid - NOT clean as many said! I had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside the hotel when I arrived as the reception desk was unmanned. Luckily a cleaning lady was there and was able to open the gate for me and call the administration to give me the code to my room. I stayed there for 7 days and the reception was never manned. The worst was the room which was NOT CLEAN at all. I lived in room number 3 where the bathroom was dirty and there were caterpillars coming out of the wall!!! I called the administration and luckily got to change the room which was a little better but there were cockroaches in the room.

A very nice hotel, with all the facilities, situated in the heart of Bucharest. Host nice and prompt! Totally recommend it

checkin was tricky, as you have to call and get a code regardless of when you arrive.
