It was so dirty and not comfortable

Has big windows for good city light view.

I wasnt informed about the sockets. but that's on my end too to do my own research.

The location is excellent, within a short distance from the Petronas towers. The staff were helpful.

I was surprised to see cockroaches. I’m sure they can be managed with some spray.

As described, basic and functional. Great view, great location. Good WiFi. Good value.

Little bit of maintenance required in the shower, but no real issues

View, location, cups, swimming pool, perfect price quality combination. I really liked that there were slippers, because I didn't have any with me, but wanted to go to the pool. It was a real lifesaver

Not really clean - because of the insects. There was no pot for the induction hob, the water in shower was cold. It would be great if the host left some salt and oil in the fridge - for cooking.

Central location and remote check-in however it took a lot of calls before hand to organise the reception. Staff are generally unresponsive

after a late check-in and arriving at 5 am in the morning, I went to sleep and within an hour I was crawling with bedbugs. I called reception and they said sorry and they would provide me with another room by 11 am, which was the time of checkout, they had a cleaner come in at 10:30 am and give me another room. I would’ve expected a full refund but I didn’t get anything when I changed room as I was staying for a few days. It was a slight improvement in. the amenity but by night fall the sink and other areas had small and medium size cockroaches I accepted the accommodation is budget but that only goes as far as the comfort and amenity it should be clean and clear of insects, bedbugs and cockroaches. I had poor communication with bookings.com who provided little support except for a small allowance of eight dollars, which really is pretty insulting. I’m still traumatised by having bed bugs crawling all over me it was horrible. I can’t say anything good about this stay and this accommodation because it’s 100% not acceptable. I can’t give it any stars for this poor outcome.

The parking is RM15/slot. There is a very strong smell in the room
