Morning buffet was pathetic, didn’t feel like it was a star hotel brakefast. Cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. There was water blockage issue in my restroom and few others.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Anjuna and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, the air conditioning in our room was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was infested with mosquitoes, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the ashtray provided was not clean, adding to the overall lack of hygiene. The refrigerator in our room was also non-functional, which was a major inconvenience. The service provided to address these issues was shockingly poor and shabby. Despite bringing these concerns to the staff's attention, there was little to no effort to resolve them. Moreover, we had requested and were promised a decorated room to celebrate our anniversary, but this was not delivered, leaving us very disappointed. For a Marriott property, these issues are inexcusable. I expected much better from a brand like Marriott and will not be returning to this hotel. Save your money and avoid this place.

Good spread for the breakfast and very helpful staff. They ask you for your specific dish and get it even if it is not part of the standard spread.

The hotel signs are difficult to spot on the road , particularly at night making it difficult to identify the entrance while driving

Poorly maintained & cramped between two temples . While the staff was sweet they were all poorly trained. Housekeeping didn’t leave face towels or bathroom mats in my room. After specifically requesting for a queen bed (which was available) they gave me a twin room. Serious service issues like calling for an iced americano - they gave me an iced latte which was a Nescafé premix full of sugar. It took the front office executive 40 minutes to check me in. Upon check out, they had lost my car keys in the valet and took half an hour to find the same - I almost missed my flight because of this.
