Hubicación estratégica, a pocos km de Madrid en coche, aparcamiento gratuito tanto dentro como fuera del edificio. Loft con todas las necesidades para pasar una agradable estancia. Julia muy atenta ante cualquier necesidad.

la localisation, finalement assez excentré du centre Madrid sol quand on veut faire la ville mais surtout situé dans une zone d'activité industrielle sale et pas accueillante, disons que c''est le compromis distance du centre/prix payé.

Al lado de la estación San Cristóbal Industrial, a 3 paradas del centro de Madrid. Apartamento con todo lo necesario para cocinar, AA, baños limpios, camas cómodas. Sin ruido por las noches. Julia muy amable y atenta.
Tuvimos hormigas en la cocina y dejábamos toda la comida en la nevera.

Está bien comunicado. El hecho de que haya plaza de parking es un plus.
Ponía que había cosas.. que realmente no había... No había secador ni cafetera ni plancha... Tras pedir.. secador y cafetera la trajeron... Pero deberían haber estado ya.
El sofá cama es para niños... Porque te clavas todo. La otra cama correcta.

The accommodation was really good value for money! With a train station just 7 mins away that takes you straight into Madrid city centre. I don’t know why there are such low reviews for the location?? I really like it. It is situated in an industrial area but honestly I prefer that to a place with heaps of people and houses. Julia met us to hand over the keys and she was super friendly and helpful. There is a huge underground private car park so you know your car is going to be safe while you stay there, and the accommodation was clean and fresh as well as modern and stylish when we stayed.

The appartment is beautiful, spacious and well illuminated. One and a half baths and even a small patio.
There are a number of small things to fix. I mentioned them not because they affected my stay there, which ins’t the case, but as an advice to the property to keep the facility in good conditions.

it is big and having an extra toilet makes a big difference. the place was clean and check in was easy.
the transportation system in Madrid is not integrated as it is in Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich (where I live) it is very confusing as you need to buy specific tickets for the trains; there is a train station close by (about 8 mins walk) but it is “renfe” it doesn’t run as often as the metro and it is also more expensive. you would have to walk about 20 minutes to the metro which is inconvenient. if you would have a car then this place is great, if you plan on using the public transportation I suggest you find a place closer to Madrid

honestly it was an amazing experience! the apartment was super comfortable ! clean and tiny 🥰 words can’t express how we did love the place ,the hospitality by the host “Julia” . the staff was respectful and kindly understanding,since the beginning . I felt like it was my own house . and my dream house 😍 kitchen was super equipped with all the necessities . and all facilities were afforded

Everything about the apartment was very good. The host was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Getting the keys was easy. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and overall good value for money.
If I had to stay in Madrid again I would choose somewhere closer to the city centre, this is something we should have researched better, it’s quite far without a car (~15 min walk to metro and 30 mins on the metro to Sol.)
We spent a lot on Uber. In future I would probably stay closer to the city centre.

The height and the window of the main room were impressive.
Underground parking with quick access to elevators.

Okay place. Friendly people there. The apartment was clean and warm. Fairly modern looking. Big window.
The Area is not dangerous but gives vibes of a industrial area with possibly shady people (non that we encountered)
The walk to the metro is 1.3km witch we did try but it is to far to enjoy every day. So Uber/taxi was our coise of travel witch made it more expencive.

it was spacious, comfortable and conveniently located close to the train station, allowing for travel to central Madrid in less than 30 min.
it could have been cleaned better-plenty of dust and cobwebs on lamp shades, in the corners etc. Reasonably equipped kitchen but no kettle or toaster.

Good value for money as it would have been much more expensive to stay in central Madrid.
The location was poor but I kind of expected that given the price when we booked. Not too difficult to get into the centre of Madrid though - so not the end of the world!

15 Eur late arrival fee a little much and unless I am mistaken wasn't in the property description prior to the booking.
