Was a great place to stay in Porto. The barbers a plus. Staff OKay. Facilities good. Very clean.

Atmosphere

I loved the bunk beds - I think this was the first time in my life I did not mind being in the upper bunk. It was just so functional and cozy! The hostel has an amazing vibe and is in very well located within Porto's city centre, just by the metro / train. Thank you Ana, Giovanni and Rossana - keep up the amazing work!

Maybe the elevator could be faster - I liked the vintage vibe though, so mixed feelings here.

You can get a coffee, pint and breakfast at same place, spacious lounge with plenty of space to sit. Lots of friendly people, both staff and visitors included. Btw, they also does pub crawls from 22:00 p.m. 🍻🧀🍷

Lights switches off at shower at late times, if sensors sees no movement in general bathroom area, a bit awkward at times 😅 don't forget to have shower gel.

PERFECT LOCATION! in the heart of Porto! the vibe off the hostel its the more important... in my experience they save my backpacks for all dayyy and dont charge anything, everyvary was really nice. ITS NICEEE WAY hahah

Absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! The location was fantastic, and everything about it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was just perfect for making new friends and creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a fantastic hostel experience

I liked that there was a place to hang a towel on the side of each bed and a locker under the bed. The room was a good size and there was a desk and a place to hang some clothing. Also curtains on the side of bed for privacy. The shower had good pressure and there were hooks inside the shower stall to hang clothing and your towel . The breakfast was good and well worth the 3.50 euros. The hostel has happy hour and some different activities for those wanting more of a social experience. I found Gabbi & Lorenzo to be the most friendly and accommodating of all the staff.

I was on the 3rd floor so I had a mixed gender bathroom & showers. Girls' bathroom was up on the 4th floor. I would have liked same gender bathrooms on each floor. There was no soap in the dispensers in the 3rd floor bathroom for the 3 days I was there. However, once I mentioned it to the cleaning ladies ( on the last day) they filled them right up. It was nice to have curtains on the bed but they weren't quite wide enough to cover the whole side.

The location. It is located in the heart of the historic district with lots of things to do, see, and eat, drink. Efficeient elevator.

The 12 room dormitory was unclean. Spiders/webs between bed and wall. This room has a "dome" as a ceiling and dirt/dust will fall onto the top bunk due to vibrations of construction in the area. The table surfaces in the kitchen/common area always seems to be sticky. This is a larger hostel...no personal/intimate feeling. This hostel has a party feel to it, even at midnight loud music still playing in the common area. Must bring your own lock for bedside lockers. No place to hang dry hand washed laundry items. Hostel is showing its age through wear and tear.
