Really good clean room. Exceptional breakfast. Great host

Contemporary, lovely and clean with a wonderful welcome. Room was beautiful, beds were super-comfortable and the water was hot. The breakfast was fabulous and you couldn't have asked for a nicer host (who also helped me out with the blisters on my feet!). Perfectly placed for the SW Coast Path walk and right on the outskirts of the main town....about a 2 minute walk to the all the main shopping and beer facilities 😁

clean, friendly and nice rooms

The owner was warm and friendly and was also very helpful. Our room was lovely and bright and had everything we needed. There was a shared space with extra provisions too. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. Our dog was welcomed too.

The location was great, with parking at the back of the house. We were just round the corner from the beach. The bedroom and breakfast area were incredibly clean and well looked after. The breakfast was excellent, and Michelle was very welcoming and helpful.

The bed was slightly creaky, otherwise the stay was perfect!

If I ever start my own B&B this is what I what it to be. Friendly staff, lovely and stylish decoration, complete breakfast, honesty bar, nice communal areas (including garden), close to all the amenities… what more is there to say. We walked the coast path for a couple of days and this was by far the best accommodation we stayed at!

Extremely friendly and helpful owner, who even gave us a lift to the place we were eating that night, and who suggested that we could ask the owner there to give us a lift back (which they did). A nice spacious room, and light and sunny.

The bathroom was very small indeed; and it was a long climb with my luggage to the top of the house, where our room was. It would have been nice to have had butter not in little packets, and home-made jam/marmalade; but these are small quibbles.
