Location and fantastic view, especialy from the roof terras. Spacious appartment, but take in account, that the whole roofterras is included in the total of square meters.

The pool at the roof and the communal pool are unheated, so from October till May very cold. You can't find this in the description! With a cover and a solar system this could be partly solved. It was very windy when we were there, and that makes a lot of sound, so take your earplugs with you in autumn /winter. The windows of the balcony can't be fully closed when there is much wind (the construction is to weak ), so you can't sit nice on the balcony when it's windy. The lights in the living room are not cosy. There are only ceiling spotlights, which can't be dimmed, so much light, or nothing. We took 2 lights from the sleeping rooms to the living room to make it more cosy. Beds are only 1.90 long, so no kingsize. For tall Dutch people to small. For such a topclass appartment I expect at least kingsize (2m x1.80 meter).

The apartment was excellent, good location too. Our host was always available if we needed anything. Even bringing a brand new ironing board when we couldn't find one.

Leo met us on arrival, we were early so he let us put our suitcases into the apartment and when they had finished cleaning he called to say it was ready. The apartment was great clean and loads of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The pool on the roof was fantastic this is what we got the most use of.

If only the hill was not so steep. Good job there is a shop half way up we would buy ice creams to get us up the hill, they always worked.

The view, space and roof terrace was a real highlight. Great easy underground parking, pet friendly and a short walk to nightlife and beach. Easy and clear check in.
