location was perfect . the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and responsive. Cannot fault this place. will be back

The location is great walking distance to everything, our room was very comfortable with all that you need for a weekend stay. Reception staff friendly, also bar staff, meals available in the bar or room service so everything you could need. And if that isn't what you need there are plenty of other restaurants and takeaways all walking distance from the hotel.

Location was good

The room was extremely noisy, I could hear every single word and movement of the next room. There was a door joining the rooms which is the reason. Then when I asked twice if there were other rooms available, they said no one was going to be checking into the room but there was. Then when I asked if I could change rooms there wasn't anything available. At the price you're paying you should be able to at least get some sleep and have some sort of privacy. I can understand noise through the walls that you can't help but this was way worse

Discovering my room upstairs, no lift, and I had hurt my knee a couple of days before so it was difficult. As with all business these days all done impersonally on line I was not able to ask a question such as “will there be stairs”? I had paid ahead so couldn’t just go somewhere else.

We loved our short stay overnight. Would have been very happy to stay longer and will definitely stay next time I'm in Busselton. Will definitely be recommending the Esplanade Hotel Busselton.

Dinner in the hotel was cold and raw. Dinner service was inadequate my partner's cold meal arrived 10 minutes before my raw meal. Not on...

It felt like it was recently refurbished, fresh carpet and new bathrooms! plenty of space.

Room was very spacious and well appointed with refreshments and linen. Very comfortable beds and excellent hot shower (perfect tonic after long motorcycle day ride), very relaxing and centrally located (between town centre and foreshore).

For my needs, room was a little too large - better suited to a family/group. Other than that everything was above expectations

The guests in room 44 who drank for several hours after the bar had shut in the car park with no consideration for anyone else.

So spacious with a lovely balcony, close to the hotel restaurant and beach.
