Stayed 3 nites very quiet property with individual villas, a great setup for families lovely beach close by and easy walk to a restaurant

The property was very bare with no little extra accessories like cushions or paintings or anything it was very stark and austere. Would not stay again. About 10 min drive into centre

Location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy access to the beach.

Beautiful location on quiet section of the beach. Nice sized villa with all amenities including washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, stove top and TV with streaming access. Wifi also. Clean rooms. Picnic and Barbeque facilities at beach end of resort. Felt secure at the facility. Lots of trees for shade. Attractive grounds.

Only small things, and I'm being picky, like a few more kitchen utensils such as a non-stick spatula, another small fry pan and mixing bowls might have made cooking in the kitchen a bit easier.

The size of the room was good and access to the beach was excellent.

There was no oven in the kitchen so our cooking plans for our family could not go as planned. No air conditioning in bedrooms. No dishwasher & had to boil kettle to get washing up water hot.

The location was far better than expected, the setting amongst the trees was lovely and the unit was modern and clean to very high standard.

I ended up staying a third naught and they charged me about $60 more for that night than they did on my previous two nights. I believe it should have been at the same rate given it wasn’t peak time.

The aircon and TV were great.

After confirming the booking I was told that the Cafe advertised as serving breakfast etc was actually closed and has been since Covid restrictions were in place. It was a primary consideration when booking due to my ill health and preferred not to have to travel to have breakfast. Staff acknowledged it was an error and sought to allocate blame to the booking.com. We found the for a superior room being provided with one flannel between two guests and one towel was ordinary. Curtains to the villa were damaged needed repair just to close them to obtain some privacy. Access to the villa pathway entry from the carpark had no ramp each suitcase had to be lifted over the kerb , not the best arrangement if you had accessibility issues. Nobody warned us if the step up to the bed from the entry , tripped on that unfortunately.

Everything about the room is wonderful. Comfy beds, nice fresh linens, good size fridge, nice size lounge and TV (with Netflix too). Parking good.

Nothing not to like about Bayview and the apartments.

No clean of room unless you stayed longer than 5 nights . No fresh mugs / glasses / towels should be a daily service as with with most stays .

The room was very clean - Close to Beach Grounds kept immaculately WIFI cut in and out

Provide at lest 1/2 litre of complimentary milk - we were provided with 6 little thumb size thimbles. For a 2 night stay not enough complimentary tea, coffee or milk or sugar Had to plug the kettle in at bathroom sink Kettle did not fit under faucet Had to travel a few kms to get something to eat 1 chair in the room - no little table to eat at after we went out to buy food.

Great spot and villas newly renovated

Internet speed is very slow and the spa could be bigger in Executive Villa as it only fits one tiny person

Nice big bed.

Being told you can't checkin until 3pm when we advised them we had to be at a wedding at 3pm. They let us check in at 2.30pm but bus had come and gone by that time so we had to drive. They checked us into the wrong room then we had to return to room and get all our cases etc... then go to another room. Making us late for the wedding.

Lovely surroundings, big trees, beds very comfortable. Definitely stay there again
