Lovely property on a beautiful sylvan setting just outside the gorgeous village of Sheet. Zoe is a lovely host, very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find and very convenient for us. A smallish room but with everything needed with a good shower. All very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee provided. Very good value particularly breakfast at £5 a head. Very pleasant owner.

Lovely Staff and a comfortable room. The breakfast was delivered at the time requested and was fresh and tasty. Our Gluten Free request was fully dealt with. The weekend easily met or exceeded our expectations.

The Shower room/toilet was a little cramped but very clean and quite usable.

Greeted by our lovely host on arrival and gave us some great advice on where to eat. Room lovely and clean with a nice comfortable bed and good hot power shower. Exactly what we needed for a night stay. Excellent value compared to other places.

The room had a lovely comfy memory foam mattress and a decent shower. It did look small but actually feels bigger inside and was pretty clean :) can tell the people running it have standards.

Excellent communication with the lady who owns the property - messages sent and also was there to meet us and to see us off which was nice. Really friendly and happy to make suggestions of where to eat. We chose to eat at The Queens Head which was lovely Also loved the little helpers 🥰 The accommodation was lovely, the surroundings and the room itself we stayed in. Tastefully decorated. Relieved there was a fan available as it was warm the night we stopped. The bathroom was clean however there were some spots of black around the seal and shower head - but again not bad enough to affect review. Neither of us slept very well but I don't think it was due to anything in particular- so therefore my review is still good and rating is high. We were offered breakfast for an additional £5 which was continental and would be served in our rooms but we chose to skip breakfast for more sleep. Would return and thankyou.

Lovely room. Great location for countryside walks etc. Really friendly and helpful owner. All the rooms are self-contained so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anybody.

Just returned from a long weekend visiting Goodwood Festival of Speed and this accommodation really made the whole thing perfect. First of all and most important was the owner Zoe who really is such a genuine lovely person and very helpful on all accounts. She keeps the rooms immaculate and fresh, they are designed to use the space in the best way which is very functional. The breakfast she puts out is stunning and much more than we usually have or could even finish, everything fresh and perfect. If anything she is underselling herself here. Location is great, the main road nearby doesn't seem too busy and isn't by a junction so traffic noise is fine plus it makes it easy to get to. A very short walk there are two pubs but would really recommend The Queen's Head as the atmosphere and people are really nice/friendly, good food in a lovely village. This B&B will be top of my list for future visits to the area.
