Great stay at the old Thorns for my 30th birthday. The room service food was absolutely amazing. The only thing I would say is the add-on birthday package of balloons is not really worth the money.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room with lots of amenities. The spa was wonderful we loved our stay

I loved the apartment. We stayed in the penthouse for my wedding and used the room to get ready in, there was so much space and loved having a large kitchen area to have a lovely brunch whilst we got ready

The whole setting the gym was fantastic and the sauna facilities . The breakfast selection was fabulous and in such a beautiful room layout .
A trio of foreign ladies talking really loud in sauna area so didn't make it peaceful at all even with the signs up that state it .

The hotel was nice and suitable for us going to the tribute night.
Staying for 2 nights the room was not serviced daily.
The tribute act was only on for an hour

Thought the rooms were lovely and the hotel was clean
The views, we would have thought paying £200 for 1 night we would have got a good view to look out to!! We also added breakfast but didn’t go as didn’t have time but still charged😩

A room was clean and nice. Staf was friendly. Breakfast very delicious.
Unfortunately I can't say that I would like to return here… We chosen this hotel because it’s SPA hotel with pool and sauna. Check-in is only from 4:00pm, pool is working till 18:45. About dinner… For two course dinner you pay 25,99£. The main course is self service. The food was almost cold. For 19£ unfortunately, the food was absolutely unpalatable.

The bar menu and costs. Kids meal £8.50 burger with fries, £17.50 thenibly difference was one had onions and tomatoes the other didn't.

wonderful room and great tribute act and dinner.
Breakfast was disappointing. Food was dry and no serving utensils available for some of the bowls. A woman was allowed into the restaurant in her pyjamas with bare feet and messy hair.

the room was modern and clean and the diner in the Kings restaurant was good.
very noisy at night, our room was opposite some very loud people who let there kid run up and down the hallway outside our room until 2am. Also room had no air con so was extremely hot
