Lokalita byla velmi dobrá, 3 minuty chůze od hotelu je tramvajová zastávka a pár minut tramvají centrum. Parkování umožněno přímo u hotelu, což bylo příjemné. Postel čistá a pohodlná.

Možná některé zařízení a vybavení apartmánu by si zasloužilo obnovit, ale vše bylo funkční, tak ani nevadilo.

Velmi čisté a klidne prostředi na dobre dostupnem miste, MHD do centra kousek od ubytování.v blízkosti obchůdky, nekomplikovaný příjezd V domě výtah. Parkování u vchodu.

Chybělo jen nějaké posezení na balkoně.

We were really happy with the location of the hotel as it was really close for us to get everywhere we wanted - the castle, Old Town, Kazimierz, Wieliczka and easy to drop off our family to the airport in Kraków Balice. Tram and train station near by. Fantastic and very enthusiastic people working in the office assisting us with every need.

I think the host gives the positive reviews here to himself. This was such an experience from the very beginning when the host ignored our messages before our arrival. We had to call him twice after the check-in time because we didn''t get any information about the accomodation so far. I have many experiences with Booking or Airbnb but I never feel like I have to literally begging the host for information so I can have my vacation journey without stress if everything will be ok. In the apartment there was dust and old dirt absolutely everywhere. In addition we have found dirty socks from the previous guest in the bedroom and the cleaning lady did not even say sorry! It was so disgusting. How she could clean the appartment without seeing it? I rather don't mentioned about how "comfortable" the accomodation is. Creaking doors and beds, tiny beds and uncomfortable mattresses, incredibly warm blankets in the summer, broken shelve in the bathroom, huge noise from the street ... And the broken wifi and the absolute unwillingness from the host to help us was the icing on the cake. We couldn't even watch TV. Definitely not recommended!

We liked how responsive the hosts where. Pillows were very comfortable. And we think it is very important to have good night sleep after day of traveling and evening of Peter Gabriel concert. We liked that location had restaurant (kebab)where we could order late night dinner.

The apartment is quite nostalgic, the trams are seen from the window, it is very calm and cozy place. The shops are nearby, very convenient. Many trams go to the center and Bus/Rail station. As well, by foot about 35 min to the Stare Miasto, city center, where are the main attractions as Wawel Castle, Museums and others. 100% recommended as a location and as a place itself. Perfect hosts, no disturbing, understanding, doing maximum for the guests comfort. Very nice and comfortable facilities, rooms as well great. Ideal as for family with kids, same for other groups.

The location is an absolute benefit as it's right next to the tramline into Old Town.

The owner of this place is really so kind person. Big room with amazing balcony. 13 km from airport.

The flat is located in a cosy area of Krakow, 12 minutes by tram from the city centre. For me it was perfect. Well equiped and comfortable. We found there everything necessary. Very good beds, big bathroom, well equiped kitchen. Underground parking was also offered to us. The apartment also has a large balcony. My mum regretted that we stayed there only one night. I promised her that on the way back we'll spend another night in the same apartment.

The apartment is in a good neighborhood, has its own parking space and the city center can be easily reached on foot or by tram. The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped. It was ideal for 2 children and 2 adults. There are several grocery stores nearby, restaurants more towards the city center. The host is very helpful, he did everything to allow us to check in earlier. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was in a central location just a 10 minute tram ride to the old town, and the tram stop was just a few yards from the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet. We were able to park in the apartment's underground garage, which gave us additional peace of mind. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.
