L’hôtel offre un cadre très chouette, une ambiance de chalet sublime, c’est confortable, les installations sont qualitatives et le petit-déjeuner est très bien, classique mais avec certains produits du terroir ou proximité.

Le seul hik dans la chambre que nous avons eu, on entendait pas mal la route puisqu’elle passe juste devant le balcon.

Très bon endroit pour accéder aux remontées mécaniques la Flégère et l'Index. Terrasse très sympathique. Chambre tout à fait correcte.

Wonderful staff, excellent food both dinner and breakfast. Unique chalet with perfect location and outstanding comfort. Animal friendly.

La décoration et le comfort , magnifique

A lovely hotel, very charming with a spacious beautiful room (room #1) and a big bathroom, very unusual for ski resort hotels at any level. Benoit was an awesome and warm host, kind and attentive at all times. We loved our stay at Hotel le Castel. Breakfast was homey and fresh. Great location with a 45-second walk to Flagere gondola and the bus stop at our doorstep! Highly recommended.

I would have loved some frech toast or pancakes for breakfast.

At this moment nothing to like at all here - as the stay was ruined by one staff who is working today at 10:28 am on the reception, he came and start screaming as mad in the morning. He claimed we should have not stayed at the hotel even though we have paid for this night!!! It is ridiculous! If I pay for the accommodation, it is my right to stay at the room! He was trying to kick us out when we paid for our stay! Then he stepped on my leg next to my husband’s face , ran to kitchen to ask them to attack us with words that they got the big guy there, more two men came, that’s totally inappropriate, we told to call to police, as a residents of UAE it will be big problem when three men trying to attack me as a woman. but he start shouting more, such people should not work in hospitality! If you don’t want to have spoiled vacation, don’t stay at this place as long as such people work here. He even started to scream we need to pay for hot chocolate and tea that the owner treated us. I have never had to pay for something I didn’t order and was invited for by the owner himself. I would have never drunk it!! As long as this person works in this hotel I will never come back And tell all my huge respected circle of friends in Europe and GCC never to come. To protect my girls and their husbands from such awful treatment
