Very modern, and walking distance to all the great spots in Annecy.

Locatie is prima, zit wel aan een drukke straat, maar appartement is echt prachtig en zeer luxe uitgevoerd. Eigen parkeergarage op begane grond met gereserveerde parkeerplaats.

Eigenlijk niet, het was erg warm toen wij er waren, er is geen airco op het toilet, dat is het enige wat "tegenviel" (dus niets noemenswaardigs).

The apartment was very nice and the location was excellent. Having a parking spot was a nice addition.

The service of the property manager was lacking for a "five star" property. On arrival, the daytime temperature was in the 30s (Celsius) but the underfloor heating in the apartment was on and set to 32 degrees! Needless to say, the apartment was sweltering despite the (one) AC unit running full tilt. Unfortunately, it took the property manager over 24 hours to figure out that all that was needed was to switch the heating from manual to automatic. It then took 3 days for the heat to dissipate from the apartment. The heating should have been confirmed to be off before we arrived, and it shouldn't have taken that long for it to be resolved. There were also no toiletries supplied despite the listing saying they were provided. I requested them about 3 times and none were ever provided or even acknowledged as missing. The floor in the apartment had also only been swept and not washed when we arrived, and the dirt quickly showed on our socks/feet.

设施多，所以开关多，最好标注一下，我把热水器的开关错当作空调的开关，导致晚上没有足够热水洗澡

Locatie dichtbij de oude stad + privaat parking is een meerwaarde

Er was weinig kookgerief aanwezig in de keuken

Ruimte in- en moderne uitstraling van het huis, de ruimten waren zeer netjes. Onze auto kon in de parkeergarage, we konden binnendoor naar het appartement.
